I am under my friends account--- I ordered food online and I called to tell them I ordered the Lo-mien and they gave me some kind of soup. They also gave me order with without any spoons or forks. I also ordered the wong tong soup that I had to just drink the juice and throw the rest of it away. I spoke with person who repeated my order to me and said they would come and swap it out for me. About 30 minutes later I got another another call of a woman arguing with me that I ordered noodle in egg with shrimp. I said to her either way I was already told I would get a swap out and she continued to just tell me that was what I ordered. I went into the noodle section not the soup section, so even with my mistake I would of thought that would of been listed with the soups not the noodles. The 20$ order I order was now thrown in the trash as I had nothing to eat it with and it was not what I had ordered. I also gave a $5 tip, which now I regret. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! AND I EAT CHINESE FOOD ABOUT 2X A MONTH----DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THIS AREA FOR CHINESE FOOD TO DELIVER?

First of all, I wanted delivery service. So, I called and made my order. Then 35 mins later a woman calls me and states the driver cant find my place and while I was explaining to her the directions, she cut me off and said here let me give you his number and you call. I said...ookk..so I called and the guy on the phone sounded deader than a door knob, and stated that he didnt want to walk all the way up to my house, I offered to meet him half way, and he said no, thats ok ill bring it up..so I got my food, and noticed they forgot to give me my drinks. So I called the place back and they stated he would be , right over with them. He took one whole hour to get here...and I live 5 mins down the street from them, on top of that, the food is not all that great...it is ok, but not great. Food was cold when it got here, horrible service, guy didnt even know my total when coming to my house.

Asia Bistro is by far our favorite Chinese food place around, their food is excellent, although a little on the expensive side (it normally costs $35 for 2 people to eat dinner without alcohol). Their boneless spare ribs are absolute amazing, and their house rice is a great alternative to boring pork fried rice. The only thing missing from the menu is General Tsos Chicken...they have something close General Gaos, but its just not the same. Their sushi and Sashimi are also very good, not quite to the level of Ogas on Route 9, but not even close to as expensive as well. By far the best chinese food anywhere near Natick center.

The one star reviews are the typical complaints. I have been a customer for years now. Right down the street from all the West Natick condo complexes. I always get really prompt service for pick-up. I would say the food is above average and the variety offered is pan-Asian, which is great. Portions are large. For dining in, it is a pleasant, recently renovated minimalist interior which is very nice. Overall, cant go wrong. Please do ignore the one star reviews.

One star is being very generous.....I ordered a Pu-Pu platter for 2 and threw most of it into the garbage. The teriyaki beef was almost burned throughout, the boneless pork was like shoe leather. Called to let manager know how disappointed I was with take out and was told she had just left (it was 6pm on Fri) Wont ever go back here....and dont imagine theyll be around much longer as there was only 1 other person in the entire restaurant.

Horrible food, horrible service/delivery. Went to eat there first time - the food & service was bad Gave them a second chance & ordered delivery - delivery was late, opened the bag & there is no spoon or fork (they knew that this is a business). Called them back & told them, the lady said sorry & silence, so asked her how am i suppose to eat a soup & beef dish with no utensils she HUNG UP ON ME, and again the food was HOOORRIBLE.

The food is really good, fast service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant with good atmosphere.. I see that some people didnt give this place the best rating but try it and see for yourself.. Its worth trying trust me. I will go again. I hope this place stays around because it really is delicious!! Happy eating...

Good food; nice people. The only drawback is they do not offer their lunch special on Sundays - full price dinner menu only if you want a Sunday lunch. I would patronize this place more frequently if they did the lunch deal on Sundays.

BEST PLACE TOWN! I have lived in the area for my entire life, and this is hands down my favorite place. The owner is the sweetest, the food is consistently good and their sushi and other regional dishes are great! Highly recommend :)

Was told delivery would take 1 hour. 1.5 hours later the food finally arrived. It was cold and they sent the wrong food. Ordered a Tidbits B and received an Egg Roll, some Chicken Wings, and some Spareribs instead.

Worst! Ordered for pick up, got home I had the wrong order! Staff were RUDE! Would not refund for thier mistake nor deliver. Will never go back! Will be going to Shanghi Tokyo in the future!

The staff are very friendly and the portions are large and promptly served. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean, and not crowded. Great to have a quiet evening with friends.
