This is a mysterious restaurant. More than once, weve dined here in the evening and either had the place to ourself or shared it with one-or-two other diners. (And its not as though I see people picking up takeout, either. They may do a lot of delivery, I suppose.) The exterior and interior make me nostalgic for new-years eve in 1988 -- its a bit dated, but clean. Paper placemats. The food is a good value, and the quality is good. (Nothing fancy, but tasty.) This is a place youd go to have a scorpion bowl with your friends, and they make a good one. The staff is typically friendly (and the service is fast).

Went there for lunch and was amazed at how bad the service AND the food. The waiter essentially through the food at me - in an almost empty restaurant at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. The rice was cold, the chicken was impossible to chew as if it had been cooked days ago and thrown in the microwave to be reheated. The meat had that awful grayish/green tinge and a horrible after taste. I couldnt wait to get out of there. Will never go back.

This is the WORST Chinese food we have ever had, I think we may be sick. We couldnt figure out what the horrible after taste was and then we realized it was old and bad cooking oil. We have passed this restaurant for many years and never stopped. I wish we hadnt. We dont want to give it one star but this site requires a rating. We wouldnt recommend it to anyone! Run, dont walk!

Okay. If you are looking fit Szechwan or hunan or other modern Chinese cuisine you will not like this place. If you like Cantonese and or old style Chinese/Polynesian then this place is actually very good. Hence the ratings here that are either awful or excellent. Good prices. Nice inside if avoid the bar area.

Generally speaking, Chinese food are delicious no matter what you order. NOT here. The service is terrible and the food is worse. It states a Chinese/Polynesian cuisine, but the two times I went there for vary food orders tasted far from delicious.

I grew up on Great Road and we always went there when I was a kid. I loved it. Food was yummy, decor was fun. The bbq pork slices and the lo mein are both awesome!!!!

Although its really not one of the best Chinese restaurants in Massachusetts, its nearby and the food is good. Very friendly service and the fried rice is great (:
