Seriously, wow. Where to begin? Brought my son for lunch, havent been here in almost 10 years. It used to be so much better. The food was bland, full of grease and some of it completely inedible. The carpet was filthy and There was food stuck on the wall. There was a 2 year old (the owners I think) running and screaming throughout the restaurant, throwing silverware and climbing on the tables with his dirty bare feet. I thought I had come to a buffet, not a playground. Unacceptable and unsanitary. The club music made it hard to hear or enjoy anything. The service was ok, when they werent eating lunch at the table beside us they were attentive. As a former server, you dont eat where customers can see you, let alone hear you chew. Nasty. We will not be back.

Wish I could give no stars!! Horrible customer service. We went in way before the end of lunch time. They tried to charge us dinner price when they didnt even have dinner items out. Then they brought it up to $8.99 when it should only be $7.99. And on top of that she tried to charge us an extra $10 on the bill. Make sure you check and calculate your checks. The total was $44.83 we paid $25 cash and the rest on a debit card (should of charged $19.83) well I was charged $20.96. That is so wrong. I do not recommend this place at all!! Be aware of what they charge you, and make sure you keep an eye on your soda cup when they re fill it. I got the wrong cup back. I had sunkist and it tasted like sprite and sunkist mixed.

I gave this review a one star because i had been their a couple times before and it was awesome food hot and american style food i could eat. i took my fiance their yesterday for black Friday. the food was cold just not even eatable we ate a half plate and ask for our check. the chicken was chewy as well as the only american food was spare ribs not even white rice i use to love eating at Chinese restaurants cause of the variety between Chinese and american food. but this experience has ruined Chinese food for me in general now. this was the worst food i had ever eaten. i would have rather eaten a pbj then this garbage. i do not recommend this restaurant at all.

All I can say is wow... I went in there for the first time and the wait staff must have been having a bad day or something. But after reading the other reviews it seems that this is the norm. The waitress that I had seemed pissed at the world and had my check before I was even ready to leave! I must have made her day when there was no tip on the bill. As far as the food... there were a couple things that were half way decent but not worth the price and the hassle of dealing with disgruntled staff. Never again...

This is an amazing buffet, it has so many choices & always has very wonderful staff & room to sit & eat. I am so impressed, we go back over & over because there is high quality fresh food, in so many choices and a great price, its a real great family place to meet and they are very kind, a polite great staff and they should be commended for all of this. I love to eat here & go out of my way to come here, because its consistently great.

HORRIBLE! Awful customer service. Not only that I found 3 piece of hair on my food/dessert. I called the manager over and all she said was "get another one" and laughed. She didnt even offer me anything else. I asked for cranberry juice and I got coke instead. The food was old and cold. I do NOT recommend going there. My friends all had diaherra become they got the check. My girlfriend was throwing up

I dont understand why all the negative reviews, My wife and I have been going to King on a regular basis for the past 10 years, and we have always been greeted well, fed well, and the staff has been very friendly. When ever we have had a problem it has always been corrected.

I have been coming to this buffet for about 10 years and the customer service is great they greet you when you come in and when you leave the food is fresh and hot and the price is not bad I like this buffet so much that I drive from Worcester to come here .

Ok to tell you guys the truth this place needs an update but other than that the food is great I eat at least three plates everytime I go. The stag are actually nice but if you give them attitude or treat them bad they might do the same.

I have eaten at probably every buffet in mass and nh and this has got to be the worst place i have ever eaten. Horrible selection of food and it taste disgusting. Not one thing I ate I enjoyed. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

This small, simple buffet doesnt have all the choices bigger, much more expensive places have but the food tastes as good or better. I go here over the former favorite Chop Sticks because the food tastes better for half the price.

A few hours later I had stomach pain and had to use the toilet 3 times within a 2 hr period. Was this food poisoning? Im not sure but i will absolutely merger eat there again. Wish i could give this zero stars

King buffet is defiantly convenient and cheap. However if your looking for any thing spectacular you wont find it here. Its great mediocre food while waiting for a movie besides that nothing to great.

I like to run it at lunch and fill a to-go container. Runs me about $6. I find its a far better lunch (more food, more variety) than the same $6 would get me at a drive-thru burger joint.

This place should be shut down for health reasons! The food it gross, and the salad is just chunks of uncut lettuce. The Jell-O is old and the places bathroom is old and dingy.

Good place for a fast lunch on the go. Be selective on what you put on your plate. Not all items are made fresh. Best part is the self serve ice cream to go when you leave.
