My fiance and I ate there last night... Very small place with a small variety of food for an all u can eat buffet... The food looked like it had been there for hours, the shrimp was dry, the beef n broccoli had 2 pieces of beef in it, they never refilled the empty food trays while we were there, there was 3 snow crab legs when we first arrived but they never brought any more out the entire time we were eating... They never offered refills on drinks or even asked us if everything was ok. The staff walked around looking miserable, and they never said thank you, good bye or anything as we walked out... We did get a dirty look from one waitress who passed by us to collect our check & money off the table, that was to much rudeness in one place for me... It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend that restaurant to my worst enemy or anyone else!! Worst Chinese Buffet I Have Ever Been To!!!!

I give this place 3.7/5. People dont really describe what they got or what time they went, which isnt very helpful at all negative or positive. I went around 8 at night. I got general tsaos, spare eibs, egg roll, golden fingers, dumplings, avocado sushi, crab Rangoon. I had a little of everything. But it was all very fresh and didnt seem like it was sitting at all. Ive been to "high end" buffets that are always packed and most of those were actually not satisfying. Surprisingly this little hole in the wall, is decently priced, the service is fast and friendly, and the buffet was satisfying (my only complaint is they charge you for fountain soda so beware). Looks can be deceiving!! If you live near by this is the place to go!

The service was HORRIBLE! No one smiles, no one checks to see if your drink needs a refill (my husband waited 25-30 minutes before he finally asked for one), and they dont refill the food when its empty! This buffet is a joke! Half of the items was empty! The food is kind of good for the price. It wasnt only our waitress that was horrible, it was the whole staff! When we left, no one said thank you or have a good night! They pretended we were not even there! Few of them was sweeping and the one was at the register reading something! We will never go there again, we went 3x thinking that maybe they just had a bad day and it would be better next time, but we was wrong.

you all are scum i cant believe you would refuse service to someone with a service dog. First off you are breaking the law 2nd people need these dog and some cant be without them I will be writing to the BBB and to the board of health and whoever else I can report this to. You should call the man in Oxford Ma how almost lost his place of business for doing this to one of our military vets with a service dog. you have lost more then one customer over this. if i could give you no stares i would

I have been in this place for lunch for several times and tipped $1 every time for a meal of $7.43. I think $1 tip is good enough for a buffet lunch. Today I gave the waitress a bill of $20 and ¢45 and she return me change of $12 and ¢2. When I asked her if she kept $1 for tip or made a mistake on the change she pretended she just found the mistake…… I feel humiliated to be forced tipping this way. Every time I go to empire buffet the people their seem to not like their jobs. The waitresses are very slow at refilling drinks. The food is good for the price, but not always stocked up. The last time I went to eat here, they would not allow us to eat because of my girlfriends service dog. They were also very rude about it. We asked to speak to a manager and was formed we could not because they do not speak English.

my friend and I eat here at least once a month - we love it. the price is great and there is a huge variety. yes, I agree with others that some of the stuff sometimes looks old and dried up - you have to hit it at the right time. The 2-4 timeframe that we often go is not the best. I really like the variety of sushi you get as well. for that reason alone the price is great.

AWEFULL! They bill themselves as an "all you can eat buffet", but they refuse to replenish items once empty. They also advertise that they include crab legs and shrimp, however, they will not keep those items stocked - perhaps to get you to eat the dried out fried rice and soggy noodles?

My brother and I went to Empire Buffet at 5 clock on a Saturday evening. The food was all dry and reheated several times, the hot and sour soup was just hot cool to the touch. Finishing off the male I tried an eclair it was freezer burnt. Sorry guys I won be making a trip here again

The place is really small, so the tables are more close to each other. One of the people next to us kept blowing his nose. I wanted to slap him so bad! But there isnt a lot of variety, but there is everything a Chinese restaurant should have. The rolls were nice, but very big.

The food is always very good. Its always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a great selection for the price. The place is always clean and tidy and the prices are very reasonable for a family on a budget.

Great place to eat. Its cheap, and it has the best Chinese food that Ive ever had. It might just be that Ive been going there since I was a kid, but in my opinion, the food there outclasses food from other Chinese places.

Probably the worst Chinese take out Ive ever had. Every thing tasted like rubber. My pu pu plater came in one box and it was all soggy. Im never going back there again. The server was nice but the food was awful.

Food was gross, I have never choked on Chinese food and I gaged in the chicken finger, it was to musy. They had no adult beverages. We had one plate and left.
