What can I say? Absolutely horrid service. We got there after ten minutes of being opened and the door was still locked. She opens the door with the most unwelcoming presence and a terrible grimace. The aroma of this restaurant was not of tai food, but of moth balls, grime and dust. Its very apparent to me now that the emptiness of this restaurant was for a good reason. The bathrooms wasnt even handicap accessible. My poor handicapped grandmother had to walk all the way to a sketchy laundry mat to use the ladies room. To begin, when we were seated as a party of 5, the server working slammed two tables together in a very disorderly and unwelcoming manner. She left us for a solid 15 minutes without any plates, silverware, napkins let alone drinks. As soon the waitress came to the table, she not only rushed to take our order but answered the phone to take a full order. How rude. When she continued our order she made it seem like an inconvienence when we had food allergies. Overall we gave her a tip of three dollars, a reasonable amount for our experience, to which she had the audacity to demand more money.

Tried this place randomly today. Glad I did! We ordered the Crab Rangoon special and a couple of dishes to share between 3 people. The Rangoons came very quickly and were amazing, which caused us to order more. Add soon as we did, the entrees came out. With speed like that, you would think the food want good, right? Frankly, it was some if the best Thai Ive ever had! Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned and full of flavor. They have an upstairs which want being used, but the bathroom is up there, so I did have a look. The upstairs is charming. Just as clean and well finished as the downstairs. The view over the lower area is quite nice too, it would be a lovely place to hold a party. The bathroom was clean, spacious and well supplied. It it easy to pass by this restaurant as I have often done, but you really will be missing out on a well priced, fantastic meal.

Went there for dinner. If you are looking for a good Thai food and have experienced a good Thai food before, dont go there. Price is not cheap and the food is below average. Also had the apetizers and they were frozen and pre-heated again. Drinks are not free refill. They will give u a small size coke drink w/ half ice and charge you $1.50 and if u request a refill they will charge you again. Even for your small hot tea they will over charge you!

Lunch is the best meal to have here because you get a free cup of chicken noodle soup in this amazing garlic chicken broth. You can only get it at lunch no idea why they do not sell it. Had basil pad thai which is slightly spicy at 3 chilis. Large portions normally good for 2 lunches if you dont stuff yourself. Good local thai with friendly staff

I really like the food here, the pad thai is very tasty. But really, all the food here is excellent. I have enjoyed food all over the world, even in Bangkok, the Thai food here is fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. Everyone there is friendly, service is great, I live nearby, probably eat there once a week.

Walked in to order take out. Got pad Thai and golden triangles. The food was very good and the man at the front desk that took my order was so nice, he asked if I wanted chopsticks and recommended a small side of spicy sauce to put on my pad Thai that made it so good. Thanks for the great food and service :)

A decent Thai place in a part of Mass that doesnt have very diverse options. I come here for lunch every once in a while. Its good, but nothing spectacular. Good for satisfying your Thai craving when youre in the area and dont want to travel far for your meal.
