My Great Aunt Always wants to go here when she comes to visit. Apparently they dont have decent Chinese food in NJ. Who knew? Anyways, Chinese food is Chinese food to me. Either it is questionable or just plain ok. Ive never had issues with Water Lily and the inside is actually quite nice. Ill give it 3 stars on the fact my Great Aunt likes the place so much.

Ive only been to Water Lily a couple times, but besides the relaxing atmosphere, the food is amazing. They also have the best lo mein ever, which tends to be one of the deciding factors when I pick a Chinese food restaurant.

This place is my favorite Chinese place in the area. Great, kind staff and wonderful food. Especially if you compare it to other Chinese places in the area, Water Lily stands out.

This place does mostly take out so you may have the whole place to yourself if you come for lunch. I always enjoyed the food here over some of the other nearby places.

We ordered a Crystal Scallops dish which was supposed to be seasoned with garlic and ginger. It had no taste whatsoever - a boiled scallop dish would have been tastier.

Had 2 biryani delivered to apartment. Tiny portions. just like appetizers. Dont order from this place. Not worth the money u spend. food is not particularly good.
