Horrible. Id been working in the area this week and coming in here every night for four days. Ordering the same thing, a bacon cheese burger add lettuce and tomato.They charged me extra for lettuce and tomato (things that go bad and disposed of daily). That is wrong on corporate Burger Kings behalf. I hope you guys up there are reading this. I wasnt told that Id been being charged for the extras all week until today. Then when asked the young lady at the counter got an attitude with me. The manager had to tell her to relax her attitude. What got me next was a customer ordered while I was sitting there eating. The customer ordered his food and after ordering casually asked did he ask to "add cheese", in which the manager says "No, but Ill tell them in the back". He then gives the customer "free cheese" on his sandwich and then looks me right in the eyes. That was wrong in so many ways on his part and was very unprofessional. Im upset most of all because I paid for lettuce and tomato and watched a customer get free cheese on the side. Could this had been because the customer was a little older and dressed better than me? I guess well never know. Maybe someone out there knows...

I recently have stopped going to this location. Ive only probably been about 4 times. Every time Ive went there, the service was terrible and the food was even worse. This is sad because I first came here in about 2004. Once again in 2013, once in 2015 and then this year. This location needs to be shut down or something. Im sure there has been different management over the years. Then theyll have the sign on saying open, but no one ever takes your order. Worst Burger King Ive ever been to.

Disgusting! Burnt eggs on all 3 sandwiches. 2 sides of eggs for my toddlers and received burnt eggs. The cheese on all 3 sandwiches is not melted which tells me that the sausage was not hot enough to melt cheese. That means bacteria can grow. How do you let food leave your restaurant like this? I wish I could include the photos I have taken. I expect food from restaurants to be as good as, or better than it can be prepared at home.

I work close to this Burger King. Ive probably been about a dozen times in 3 years. Every time I go, they get my order wrong. I started going in because I stopped trusting the drive-thru. Doesnt matter. Constantly forget sauces for nuggets. Order a burger that doesnt have cheese but ask for cheese? Save youself the dollar they charge for cheese because youll never get it anyway. Im never going back.

Walked in to this Burger King for a quick meal my husband and I were the only customers at that time. We waited at the counter with the staff walking pass us. My husband asked them if someone was at the register, we got the strangeous looks. The girl told us that the registers are assigned to each person and that person will be with us soon. The staff continued to walk by us so we left.

My Husband and I just walked out of this burger king location because of waiting TOO LONG TO BE WAITED ON!!! THE EMPLOYEES SAW US AND JUST NEVER CAME TO US SO WE WALKED OUT. THEY WERE HAVING FUN TIME WHILE WE ARE WAITING!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU ARE LUCKY YOU GOT ONE STAR!!!!!!!

Everytime I try to order a milkshake they said a milkshake machine is down but we all know they just shut it down early so they can clean it and then they always say pull up to the line for no reason just sitting there driving times doesnt go up

Arrived about 10am on a Saturday, tables dirty, trash can top filthy, no Coca Cola in machine. Where is management that the place is so unkempt. Never again will we visit this location.
