Its typical Chick-Fil-A, great food and great service. We stopped here on our way home from a very long trip. It was late, so wet just sent through the driver thru beside it was easier than going in with the kids and standing in line. We were surprised at the long line at 8 pm. However, it moved surprisingly quickly, even faster after we ordered. Got to the window and the food was ready, has the for drinks already in the drink holder. The food, which was also ready and piping hot. And it tasted as great as Chick-Fil-A always does. The order was correct as well. We were quite happy with the food, speed and service. Even at 8 pm it was packed, yet it moved quick and there food was hot and fresh.

I went through the drive through last night. The two young ladies who gave me my order were so friendly and gracious, I have never been treated like this before going through a drive through. I am 74 years old and I have gone through many. As soon as I pulled up the young lady in the background was waving so friendly and the lady who gave me my order was smiling and thanking me. These ladies made my day. The food as usual was outstanding. I am so glad I live so close to this Chick-fil-A. What an awesome fast food restaurant, they definitely are a cut above all the rest.

Watching the fight tonight, we decided to get 60 piece nugget tray. Cloe was so kind, and had our order in less than 1 hour. We were there earlier than expected, and she gave me a soda. This chickfilA, and their workers are amazing young people. More fast food places should treat their customers this well. I Guess thats why we come here alot. I am so happy that this restaurant gives the workers a day off on Sunday. Many blessing to your CflA. family-friendly employees. God BLess!

Stopped in one morning before work for breakfast and coffee. The drive through line was super long and it took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I ordered a chicken and egg platter with an iced coffee. The eggs were very good and a hearty portion. As always the chicken was good and juicy only a smaller sized portion than lunch n dinner. I wasnt a huge fan of the sausage gravy as it was bland but all in all the meal was filling and a great price.

Great, friendly staff, when they get super busy it can be a hassle getting in and out. Drive through can be slow during rush periods, but running inside is always an option. Been here dozens of times, and when they take too long to get your food they sometimes give you a free card for stuff! Only complaint would be the fries are rarely fresh and crispy.

First time in years that something here went wrong. Usually good service. Beside the continual interruption from employee trying to refill and remove trash. Last visit employee was chatting and gave me wrong sides.. Worst part he was complaining about someone who had recently come through the drive thru to another employee.

Its a Chick-fil-a, but not the best. I frequently visit the one in Nottingham (Baltimore County) the salads are fresher and they dont slack on the chicken in the salad. The drive thru here is slower and not as systematically run. And, I always have to wait for my order longer. For these reasons I gave the 3 stars.

Arriving tonight and noticed the line is wrapped around the building so being that the parking lot was empty I decided to go in. MISTAKE..... drive through took presidents as waited for about 10 minutes to get a chic fil a #1. Nothing out of the oridenary or no special request. First time ever disappointed

I have only ever heard good things about Chick-fil-A, and it lives up to its rumours- its great! The workers are kind and warm, and the food is delicious. My boyfriend and I got a few of the chicken biscuit sandwiches for breakfast and it was mouth watering good. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A!

My experience at chick fil a is amazing though so of the workers have been rasicts those have fone punishment. The food is amazing most costmer service is great you dont even have to ask they will ask you still a little rudness in some but most workers are amazing!!!!!!!

The quality and service definitely meets and sometimes exceeds the normal Chick-Fil-A standards, but their service can be a little on the slow side sometimes. Their drive thru lines move slowly compared to other places Ive been. Good service and quality overall though.

They are so customer service oriented here. I was given a gift card and for some reason the card was not reading that day. My meal was comped, even though I offered to use another form of payment. Chick-fil-a Abingdon is always my first choice for fast food.

Super friendly staff, always helpful! As a mom of two young ones, its nice to take them to lunch sometimes and get a helping hand. Everyone is so polite- I know theyre supposed to say "My pleasure" but this location, you can tell theyre actually happy to help.

Excellent service as usual even given the huge crowd (I normally wouldnt go here at 7pm) they got customers in and out quite efficiently and with the usual friendly politeness!! ♡ Love the refreshing frozen lemonade. Thanks Chick-fil-a!!

Never had bad service here...when they serve you and you thank them, they always say, "my pleasure" ..always crowded but the service is fast, accurate and food is delivered to your table if you eat in. Prices are decent also.

Was greeted as I walked in and almost immediately after getting in line someone opened another register to take my order. Food was great and I love that the bathroom has mouthwash. :) such a great experience dining here.

The staff is always friendly and great at getting customers their orders quickly. On the rare occasion it takes a bit longer, theyll sometimes hand out free food coupons as a way to say "thank you" for your patience.

Drive thru service is horrible at lunch time and you cant park and go inside because you wont be able to get out of the parking space when you come out. One hour lunch break is not long enough for this place!!

Great place with great food but it was super crowded on the day we went. It must have been a get together or something going on. The lines went pretty quick though and my vanilla shake was awesome!

I think this store is the best in the entire chain. The staff is always polite, always smiling, & they always get the orders correct. The drive thru line moves very quickly too.
