I am very upset about several different things that happened at this location. When we walked in I took notice to there being no one in line which was a good thing because neither I nor my girlfriend ate all day. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, and a BK bacon burger with no onions due to the fact that i am allergic to them. For being the only order in the building it took them 4 minutes and 30 seconds to produce the order. I took notice that somehow they were able to produce orders for two cars in the drive thru that ordered after my order. Also the customer behind me somehow got his order before ours. We finally got a chance to sit and eat and I started with the burger. I always check to see if they put the onion on or not so I do not stop breathing. I am glad I did. They did not put the onion on but even worse they did and took it back off leaving little pieces on the roll. The bacon was so hard that I was not able to eat it. I was not able to even bite into it. I thought I would be able to enjoy my Chicken sandwich which happens to be one of my favorite in the fast food business. I opened it up to put some ketchup on it to find BROWN lettuce. I then looked inside my girlfriends and hers was brown too. I took pictures if you are interested. When we were done eating I thought I would point out to the manager that was there about the brown lettuce. When I went back up to the counter there were people waiting in line waiting for their orders. One customer even commented that she was waiting in line for 10 minutes. When the manager finally came over I pointed out the brown lettuce that I left on the tray and he said, "I didnt know about it," took the tray, turned around and started doing something else. I cant believe that for a customer service job that he would do something like that without even an apology.

The young men that attended to me, the cashier and the "expo" kid were very professional. I love to see these young men doing something productive with their time and doing it so well. But mannnnnn these booths are sooo nasty, ketchup stains, dirt on top of old dirt. I didnt want my 3 year old to move around too much being that they like to climb on top of things, and this place is definitely not the place for any toddler extracurricular activities. BUT! She enjoyed her meal.

Ive given this place a chance so many times, but literally every time there has been something missing from my order. This most recent time I ordered a whopper with cheese and extra onions and cheesy tots. There was no cheese or extra onions on the whopper and there was barely anything at all inside the burger other than an extremely flat patty. Im definitely done with this place.

Dirtiest BK around. Floor is always sticky, and slippery in the entryway. Food hasnt been correct once. Save your time and go somewhere else. McDonalds is better by far!
