Apparently they dont acknowledge you if you actually walk in. Another customer and i walked in at the same time only to be stared at by at least 8 people walking back and forth acting like they were doing something while the couple people making the food are working on a single burger at a time. A few of the crew were too busy on cig breaks to help out or even wash hands after. The lady who approached the closest gave stink face to us and acted like she didnt work there. After waiting, checking my email and apps on my phone, i said farwell to the customer still willing to wait and went a couple miles down the road to get excellent service from another BK. Who gave great service with half the people and training at least one. And on another note, as a barber, people could make at least some effort to look somewhat clean. Now i know if i want BK again that i should just go a couple miles further from home.

Ok, so this place isnt perfect, BUT what fast food joint is? Everything I go in to order or drive thru Im serviced with a smile and politeness! Which is hard to come by these days! Keep hiring friendly, respectful employees....PLEASE!
