Worst freaking service in the world! I wait on my food so long every visit that i feel like i should clock in and make my own order. You will literally stand there for 5 minutes before someone even acknowledges you and thats after they argue over who is going to take your order. Employees run in and out of the restaurant hanging out at cars parked out front, and then they will hold your order up from being made so they can give a friend or family member a hook up on food. I stopped taking my kids in there when i order food because of the foul language and conversations that go on right in front of customers. The only people working hard are the guys in the back cooking the food and a older woman everyone calls miss marie, other than them everyone else there is absolutely useless. To sum it up avoid this place at all costs unless the popeyes craving is super strong and if you have no choice but to satisfy it, just expect service that is about pleasurable as slamming your head in a storm door.

Horrible service and management! I keep returning cause its only Popeyes close to me, but I am never let down by how bad they are at running the restaurant. Every experience is horrible or just below average. Couple examples waited for 45 minutes for just chicken and biscuits (nothing special) in this process they passed over me and proceeded to other orders that had same stuff with Shrimp, tenders, as well. I had to Speak up because they pretty much forgot about me. Other times, its just rude front people. There is one really hard worker I wish I knew her name. If your desperate for the yummy food its here, just lower expectations on customer service and be prepared for long wait (and to be persistent with staff if order starts taking a while).

I have been a customer of this Popeyes on and off for about 10 yrs now. Fortunately, l usually visit at or very near opening hours-- which assures my getting hot and freshly prepared food. I frequently have had to wait for my orders to be cooked, but once again that is a bonus to me because it means hot and fresh food. As far as the service goes, it has generally been friendly and efficient-- especially when a mgr or asst mgr are involved. Almost all mgrs and employees have been black --and i am a card carrying pasty faced white guy, but they have almost always been courteous and helpful. No "Pop Copy" attitude has been evident. I last went about a week ago, and will ve going again very soon.

The food was good but it was concerning that the light fixture in the ladies room was dripping water (resulting from a heavy down pour) and the manager did not seem to mind. Also, heavy use of air freshener in a restroom right by where people are eating set off my asthma and made me leave the restaurant in an attack. To top it off, we did not realize shrimp came with my meal...I am allergic to shellfish, so my son took the plate up and asked if we could get new fish with no shrimp because his mother was allergic...the manager put the same fish on a new plate. Very poor service.

Its the worst Popeyes ever the dont give you the right food , not only thst the service is terrible, I hate going in there they make you want so long to take your order , then you wait 20 extra minutes or more for your food , the food is not fresh you have to ask for fresh food , the Managers play around in the restaurant with the other employees, if you want to eat fresh food , cook your own at home , Edgewood Popeyes is terrible. Employees have nasty attitudes , and be arguing amongst each other in front of the customers ( rachet ).....

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst service ever. You wait 5 min just for them to take your order then another 10min for your food. When I got to the window the girl asked me to repeat my order then have me a different price from the first time. I asked for a manager however she was outside smoking with her 3 male employees. I love Popeyes but I guess I will have to wait until I visit home because the Edgewood location is horrible. Employees need a class on service.

Edgewood Popeyes. Love the food, hate the service. You might get food in 10 minutes at the window, if they ever bother to ask for your order. Expect to wait 15 minutes or more inside. Sometimes the staff is great, sometimes they wish you would just leave them alone. Customers often just give up and leave with nothing. Avoid the place at lunch time and dinner time.

Food was exactly what I needed after a hangover. I was slightly afraid though because as we were ordering and paying a fight broke out by the drive thru window and into the back of the restaurant. The cashier and other front employees had to rush back, scream and pull the other employees apart. We got our food and it was correct.

This popeyes is just bad. From waiting 10 minutes in the drive through, to TERRIBLE ATTITUDES, to getting my order WRONG, even forgetting my sauces,napkins& utensils for my food. This popeyes at the edgewood location has AWFUL customer service. If it werent for the food being good, they would have no business lol.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The staff was playing games and talking their hearts away while guests kept coming through the door. I asked "what kind of sauces there were?" And the guy behind the counter kept saying "That", to which i replied "That what" and he started lauging. Worst service ever!

Got my change in quarters, employee couldnt figure how to change receipt paper, employee yelling at manager trying to do his job, coke machine had no soda. Was entertaining to watch the commotion, but what a poor customer experience. Managers were calm and good at addressing situations but employees need work.

One Day I got some shrimp that were fried its were so hard my dog throw it back at me. I even saw a fight there were employees are agrueing over the food.now you no spite come from there mouth on chicken they were getting order wrong. This place can be ghetto .check your food .You may get someone order.

I love chicken but my order is NEVER right and when I call to tell them they FORGOT my chicken they call me a liar! I spent $18 and got 2 fries 2 biscuits and a mashed potato no chicken. The white boy who works there is always high on something and very incompetent for something as simple as fast food.

Gigi was good but as usual service here is awful Harford county deserves a real Popeyes Al Copland would a be ashamed. From New Orleans one of two customers . The Edgewood location has been this bad since it opened it is a shame Popeyes has the best chicken but this place needs to he closed.

WORST POPEYES EVER!!! The wait is absolutely unacceptable. The order is never right and the food is either too done or not done enough. I wonder how they feel knowing they are the WORST food establishment in Edgewood? Hands down the worst!!! Pretty embarrassing considering its Edgewood!
