First time going to this iHop and it was a great experience. Did not dine in but took it out to go and I was expecting more of a delay than what was the reality. Iris did an amazing job taking my order and ensuring I got my food in a rapid time. I was in and out so quick that I was surprised by how quick I was back to work. The food I got was amazing and I will definitely come back here for more than just breakfast. This experience is a great one for my books and being someone who works in customer service, I am glad I got excellent customer service!

This IHOP is located on Tech Road in Silver Spring, MD. Parking is plentiful, service is prompt and the food is good. Typical chain restaurant but good quality. Food is cooked to order and the wait staff is very friendly. Orders are delivered to the table quickly and the staff is attentive to needs. Prices are very affordable for a lot of food. Certainly a good way to gain weight but tough to resist! KL

So I walk into the resturant to a line of 2 people. A group of 3 jumps behind me. The lady behind doesnt feel she should wait in line so she goes to the register and has the lady upfront put her groups name down before me. "Wait, I was in lime waiting to put my name in, why did you just put someone in front of me"? Oooo Im sorry, then does nothing. I left after that

IHOP is IHOP, great pancakes, sufficient service BUT, please bring your clorox wipes as the tables/seating is not clean and Worse, my coffee cup had a huge coffee ring inside. Im sorry but cleanliness means Everything to me. Suggestion: Train staff on cleanliness.....Bleach is a liquid cleaner, in which they need to invest..

This IHOP has bad customer services. They were rude. I didnt get any service after being there for about 15 mins. They took about 20 mins to brink my drinks out. If you want IHOP I suggest for you not to come to this one. If it was up to me I wont give any star but, I have to in order to post this on here.

This is a warm and welcoming IHOP. We are always greeted and treated as special guests by Mr. Ashby, the manager. He is accomodating and works hard to make every situation pleasant. The food always hits the spot and special orders (like dietary needs for Gastric bypass patients) are met with a smile.

Packed and very busy, but the staff was extremely proactive and courteous. And I was blown away by how quickly our food was prepared. As complicated as our order was, the manager on staff didnt wrote a thing down and still got it all right. Amazing. Best IHOP experience Ive had in my 26 years.

The wait staff is great, and our food always comes fast. The manager could really use some classes on effective mgmt . Ive seen him yell at the employees in front of customers several times. He can be pretty degrading. other than that, my experience has always been good.

Now when I want to eat at IHOP we walk there because its close and your food is delicious I always get to t-bone steaks cranberry sauce and cheese hash brown 3 stacks of pancakes strawberries on the side and I have my treat of course your food is delicious

No servers, only manager sitting us and serving us at 7:15am. He was over worked and very poor service. The food was also disappointing. Its not up to participate with Ihops I have been to in other cities.
