I have gone to this location for years and am normally pleased. Today, however, my wife and I had a terrible experience. We wanted the Spinach Bacon Signature Bagel (which I had the last time I was there and very much enjoyed), a poppyseed bagel with plain shmear, a bag of bbq chip, and two Vanilla Hazelnut coffees. They were out of the Florentine bagels for the Spinach Bacon, poppyseed bagels, and even sesame bagels (our next go-to). Also, the Vanilla Hazelnut coffee dispenser was empty. The food took about 10 min (which isnt too bad, all things considered), but when we began eating it (in the car) we found that my bagel was over-toasted while my wifes was barely toasted. There was also (I am not exaggerating) one small leaf of spinach on my entire bagel. If this were not bad enough (and here I promise that I am not making this up) the bbq chips were very stale. Overall, it was one of the most disappointing breakfasts that we have ever had. All that being said, we have loved Einsteins for a long time and could probably be convinced to come back.

Catering review - Einstein has the best tasting bagels for a chain restaurant - dont get me wrong. I used to get them to deliver breakfast for clients at least twice a month. But I tried ordering for catering twice recently and both times Ive had issues with delivery. First time, they were an hour late with not the right amount of food (short bagels, cream cheese, and ingredients) and the second time they never came at all. This was the last straw; I called and inquired multiple times and they promised me it would be delivered giving me a different ETA each time. Finally, they said I had to physically go to the restaurant after waiting for 1.5 hours which is fine. I picked up the order which they DIDNT EVEN HAVE READY (was waiting for another 30 min) when they said it was DONE AND WAITING FOR A DRIVER. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I will never use them again for catering after lying about the entire process.

The service got worse. The rude female employees. They not want to wait on female customers.It was good for some time. The parking is terrible. And hard to find a spot. In the small parking lot. The female and male employees not clean up the dirty tables. And we had not to eat there. We got a refund. Not busy ,the employees. They ran away from us. We had to ask them to wait on us. They would eat while wait on us,talk back rude, rush to get rid of us, yell and interrupt us, And employees to stop wait on us. To talk to each other and look out the window. And they not want to write down the order. They said it is not their job. We said it was. They did it. They would repeat the same question. And told them to stop it. And would walk away when we would order. And asked them to come back. IN middle of pay. They left in middle of wait on us. Then we got a refund..

Wow! Ive experience the Bagel side of breakfast and I can die happy now. delicious food aside, Their staff is of the most beutiful caliber! My! What do they put in those bagels? I was attended by one of Zues sons Im sure and his smile burned inside of me like a flash of lightning up my spine, which is wierd considering I am in Fact a heterosexual male. Never have my eyes and my heart been in such conflict. If you ever stop in say Hello to Roberto for me!

Marc Davis is the beating heart that keeps this establishment pumping. The magic man behind the counter calling out the names and makes bagels into delectable concoctions like DC best mixologist. First day we had no clue what to order. The clerk suggested FARMHOUSE bagel. Gloriousness in a simple paper bag WAS CREATED . Marc made our breakfast with love lickety split in a hurry... made my entire day better. THANKYOU. we will be back

Morning time this place overcrowded. Which is okay, since they serving a good bagels. We ordered a Spinach, Mushroom, Swiss on Asiago Cheese Bagel, but no mushrooms. And we got just cheese and egg. Due to huge lines I was not able to talk to employees. That happened not for the first time. Cashiers and cooks - please pay more attention to orders!

I also think they are rude to femal customers, I went into get a bagel & coffee, A male worker walked up asked what I wanted to order with a bottle of cleaner in hand. I placed my order and asked him to please put on gloves, That angered him and my bagel had very little shmears on it out of spite!!

Ive been to better einsteins. This one was slow, there was no coffee at 9:00 AM, and the dining area was messy. It probably didnt help that there were only two ladies working very hard in the back. Understaffed? Or maybe I just came on a bad day.

Poor service, unreliable. I had a catering order that was never delivered and they charged me any way. The person on the phone was brusque and apathetic to the fact that his store had messed up.

Excellent coffee!! Bagels are more than fine, especially the Cinnamon Raisin which may be the best one of that variety that I have ever had. Good service-nice place for breakfast or lunch.

The Nova bagel sandwich is not bad. Copious capers and more then enough lox. The coffee is not bad, either. Seating both inside and out.
