Such a shame. Go there frequently and the portions are smaller than expected but filling so its fine. Usually everything is fine. Today, however the person at the drive through today was so bizarrely rude it actually scared me. I came back through the line because the order was wrong, no big deal. I have managed restaurant for 12 years, it happens. However after telling me "just drive up" she said nothing to me but fake smiled at me and stuck her hand out motioning for me to give back the food. Then she stomped back to the kitchen, where I watched her to whole time as she mocked me saying what I had to her at the menu board to the staff. I am a nice person and I was very understanding, respectful and please want to her that whole time. She brought back the food and shoved it at me, again, saying nothing. I thanked her and probably looked scared (because the whole interaction was so bizarre and I had my sick 2 year old son in the back seat). As I drove away she leaned out the window and finally spoke yelling "WHAT?!" The whole interaction left me shaking.

My husband and I went there last night through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece chicken meal, we were told to pull over and they would bring it out, we sat there for 20 minutes and I finally went inside to see what happen to my food, no one had a clue.... I asked for my money back and she said oh Im working on it now just waiting on spicey chicken, I told her I did not order spicey chicken and she was like oh yes you did your driving a white car ,ummm no didnt and No Im not! So than they start looking for my order, need I say 45 minutes later I got my order. that place was a disaster, very rude employees and definitely needs better management!! I will not be going back !

Terrible place to eat at I live right across the street and would rather drive to kfc in lake shore. Place is dirty inside I witnessed an employee dig in her ear then start serving food when I asked to speak to a manager some Indian lady named deepa told me theres nothing she can do she dont want me in her store when I asked for a refund she told me Im was a typical American scum. Will never go back there again Also the other manager chinese guy named luck chews tobacco in the back by the fryers disgusting.

Didnt even enter- just drove by the store and they wanted me to rate/review their store?!? I used to like Popeyes Chicken in general, but this feels like such an invasion to my personal space i feel like i might need a rape counclior and one of those silver blankets (sorry, not trying to be misogynistic or trivialize rape in any way, shape, or form- just a bad joke...). But it doesnt matter, they will never publish this review, because, wait for it, SCREW POPEYES and SCREW GOOGLE!

Worst drive thru ever. The moron waits till he has received payment and taken an order before he takes another order customer. The drive thru was packed on a Sunday at 5pm. After you pay you have to pull up and park and wait another century. The parking lot wasnt even packed...not sure why he took so damn long

I personally have had decent experiences here. Whenever I come its not busy, and I only order for myself so its hard to mess up. I always feel like I get a decent amount of the popcorn shrimp, and theyre almost always fresh. The staff has seemed nice, and always ask me if I want cocktail sauce.

Order the food was in a hurry after I paid for the food they said it would be 8 more minutes because they had the cook at all this is one in the afternoon overall the service was very poor would not eat there again will not eat at Popeyes again thats pretty much it

This is my go to place for Popeyes chicken. The drive-thru lines are typically short and the place looks reasonably clean. Some restaurants cater to its customers with local specialty food items. You wont find any local dishes on the menu.

Irrirated just ordered dinner for the family here and every single meal was WRONG ... I had ordered 4 meals and they gave me one dipping sauce ... Manager needs to take control and train this staff .. Rediculous

Good taste great and the people are nice. Just make sure before you pull off to go home you check your food. My husband had to run in 2 times to ask them to give us our sides and biscuits.
