There were about 3 customers in the dining area. we went to sit at a table but EVERY table was dirty. I dont understand why there is a full staff and an empty dining area and ALL the tables were dirty. I approached the counter to mention the issue and one girl said go talk to the cashier. She was just standing there doing nothing! WHAT? The floor was dirty, customers that had exited the restaurant left there stuff on the tables and it did not get cleaned up in a timely manner, even though, like I said, there was a full staff behind the counter. One girl came out to clean the tables but ignored the table I was sitting at. I had to tell her to clean my table! My daughter went to the restrooms, which were not clearly identified as to where they were and noticed there was no toilet paper. She mentioned it to the staff, but it never got resolved. We had to go somewhere else to use the facilities. I am completely and thoroughly dissatisfied with this place and I will NEVER return. AVOID this place.

Had a "Regular" sized bowl of noodles with parmesan chicken. Chicken was good; noodles were a bit dry and not sufficiently hot. This restaurant had just opened (we were waiting in the car for it to open a few minutes late) yet it was already not clean: the floor had not been cleaned, some tables were dirty, and the soft drink machine and counter were dirty. This is a bit disappointing given that it had just opened! Late!

Most of the tables were dirty even though there werent many people, there was a bathroom smell coming into the dining room, there was no clean silverware, the food wasnt very warm, the bowls were chipped, and there was no salt in the entire building. This location has been a let down! Not coming here again.

We have ordered takeout 5-6 times and they have got the order wrong 3 times. I dont know what kind of system they have but it obviously doesnt work. Even more frustrating, after I got home tonight for this 3rd time with the incorrect order, they wont pick up the phone so I can tell them about it.

My family loves Noodles and Co, but this location is terrible. A few months ago I swore I would not come back. I chanced it tonight and was disappointed. My wifes wrap came without the chicken and my Japanese Pan Noodles had almost no sauce and half the noodles were burned. Dont eat here.

I love Noodles and Company but the workers here are EXTREMELY RUDE. The cashier woman with short dark hair has served me twice in the past week and she has an awful attitude. She is so rude-from now on I will only be going to the Annapolis Noodles and Company.

Ordered Penna Rosa with chicken and they couldnt even bother to separate the big slice of chicken after they cut it lol. On top of that, the sweet tea wasnt sweet, and the rice crispy was dry af. Normally this place is decent, but tonight was not good.

Food inconsistent. Slow service even when empty. This Noodles is always filthy! Ive seen upwards of 5 tables never cleared for over 20 minutes. Orders never come out correct. avoid this Noodles&Company at all costs.
