Im a long-time Chipotle lover and have invested in the company in the past. Ive eaten at around 10 of their restaurants, sometimes going there like every other day for lunch. I bought a house in SP recently and a Chipotle being within walking distance was a plus, but Im not impressed so far. Each time Ive been in there it seems like its brand new people with no training working the line. Once I asked for corn tortilla tacos and it held the line up for several minutes because the girl taking my order literally didnt know they had different kinds of tortillas. maybe even didnt know different kinds of tortillas existed? She seemed that confused. We placed an order online and my wife walked up the counter to pick it up, like youre supposed to. The reasonable thing to do would be to treat her as the next person in line -since her food is already made- and ring her up after the current person. Instead, the cashier rang up three people before asking my wife her name and getting our order from the warmer. Are people who order online second class customers? While eating the burrito I got that day, I noticed it seemed about 1/4 smaller than the average chipotle burrito. Maybe even 1/3 smaller than one from the Hanover location. I could have overlooked that, but why was my burrito half salsa and cheese and half chicken, rice and beans? Thats not even a training issue. Its common sense that people dont want a half vegetarian burrito. We want the ingredients at least relatively distributed within the burrito. I was disappointed. From my perspective, this restaurant suffers from insufficient training and apparently high turnover. That theyd rather save a cent here and there on rice and beans and have fewer customers shows. It usually isnt half as busy as Id expect for a Chipotle in such a busy shopping center. Ill give it another chance but Im feeling let down from my favorite fast casual restaurant right now.

Yet again.....bowl with mushy rice. Either the rice is mushy or the chicken just tastes burnt. The food has no flavor and the rice is always nasty everytime I have went. I dont get it. I go here because its convenient but this is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Not very clean,lots of kids work here,and the food doesnt taste fresh. I have never seen any adults or anyone who even looks anywhere over 17. The arent the friendliest or either you have a few ppl playing behind the line. They need some new management and a good business meeting. I rather take the 20 min drive and go to the Annapolis Chipotle. Smh very disappointed

Have had great experience in all other locations besides the one in Severna Park. I place my orders online for the convenience of wait time. When I come a little early to pick my food up the guy at the register tells me to get in line as I am not there at my scheduled time in a rude manor. The wait time in this location is much slower than others in the area, and the quality for sure is not as good. By choice I wont come to the Severna Park location again, Id rather drive a little farther and get better service in Gambrills. Need to tighten up...

I have been to a handful of different Chipotles over the years and Id have to give each one at least 4 stars. Love the food. Love that they have vegan/vegetarian options. The service is good virtually every time. If you have never been to Chipotle and decide to go in the middle of the busiest times like lunch or dinner, expect up to half an hour of standing in line. If you want to be in and out quickly, I found the best times to go are: •Before lunch •After lunch/before dinner (2:30pm-4pm) •After dinner (8pm-9:45pm)

Okay, so a Chipotle is a Chipotle. BUT if you want a burrito as big as your head that tastes great, served by friendly people, then you should definitely give this Chipotle a try. They have indoor seating, and great outdoor seating on the patio (with or without shaded umbrella). Our whole office just got back from lunch there and Ana, the manager, made sure we were all taken care of and even came outside to check on how we were doing! Thank you to her and her staff!

This is disgusting the chicken is completely raw the service was terrible my sour cream was put on my bowl from the very bottom of the container and had old pieces of lettuce that had been sitting in it for awhile. The lady put a pinch of lettuce on my bowl when i asked for more she got a huge attitude. i will never return to this location!! this isnt my first time visiting this location and i love Chipotle but this will be my last!!

If you like hair in ur food or uncooked rice eat here manager didnt want to hear what had to be said and took 3 times to get my money back and it was nothing but rude eye rolling and rude comments line workers playing with their hair and face a dont bother to change gloves all around nasty rude people here and also look out for the young lady with long blonde and greenish hair because her hair will be all over you and your food

The service at this store is consistently bad. The food is good but the staff is always unprofessional, they dont give consistent portions of anything, their "burritos" are always falling apart. We just had to walk back into the store because they didnt close the burrito bowl and it leaked all over the car and the bag ripped. Because of this we try to avoid this location as much as possible.

My wife and I just left this location, without food. We only moving about three small steps after 10 minutes standing in a medium sized line. We were hungry and didnt feel like waiting 30 minutes to place an order for fast food. This locations priority appears to go towards online or phone in orders, it certainly wasnt the people waiting in line. Slow staff = not worth it.

We came in at 7 on a Saturday night. We noticed that all the unoccupied tables were dirty and so was most of the floor. An employee did wipe off the tables while we were in line. However, the food was pushed onto the floor and the bench seats. If the food wasnt so good, I would not come back because either the tables or the floor is dirty most of the time.

Massage Envy - Severna Park Park, Md location has the rudest employees that work the line!! Instead of listening the the customers to hear their full order the cut you off in the middle and start to go the the next person then when they have to back track they get an attitude. Swear I hate that location!! #learncustomerservice

I personally dont like their food that much but I cant deny that if you want Mexican food, its really good. The staff are fast and friendly and everything is always clean and in order. The only thing I dont like that much are the prices. I thought $7.50 for a Chorizo chicken burrito was a bit high, but thats just me.

This is our preferred Chipotle between Baltimore and Annapolis, as it is consistently staffed with competent, fast moving employees and the food is likewise consistently good. Other Chipotle locations (specifically thinking of Arundel Mills and Edgewater) in the area lack this steady performance.
