I absolutely love Chick-fil-A food & especially their milkshakes. But I have to say its rather annoying to have the dining room attendant (which is usually 2-4 people) coming to your table multiple times, BEFORE you get the chance to bite your food, offering refills, asking if everythings ok as if it were table service and not fast food. I understand and appreciate the concept but when youre approached 5-10 during a 30 sit down it becomes a nuisance rather than an appreciated service, especially when these employees could be doing other things such as wiping dirty tables, stocking, attending to the restrooms, etc.. I dont wanna sound too ungrateful but if I wanted table service I would go to a restaurant with a waitress?!!! And unfortunately that has caused our family to just take it home so were not inconvenienced and/or annoyed!!

Gave them another try but... the drive thru staff members were inconsiderate. Two 12 pc nuggets and two large fries. I was given two sauces and two ketchups. When I asked for more they were provided, but the girl was not friendly about it. So I check my bag, and I had two napkins, mind you we were late for an appointment and were going to have to eat on the run, so I asked for extra napkins and the two girls at the window snickered at one another. And gave me two more. We parked, and went in to get more-problem solved- but it never fails that I am dissappointed with this Chick-fil-A. Didnt help that the nuggets were mushy/soggy and nowhere near crispy.

Cant expect too much from a fast restaurant. But chick fil a, especially this one, really tries. This one is Always Busy! Every time I walk by it (its right next to my gym) there is a line. There is a line of cars inside, there is a line of people outside. There was a line to the back of the restaurant today around 2pm. Why? The manager is really appreciative and kind to the customers. She is always walking around talking to people it seems. The employees are also positive and the atmosphere is proactive. The food Isint always consistent, so no five stars. But 4 for excellent service and still good food.

We went through the drive-thru, ordered our food. Paid with a $20, received our food and pulled off. As soon as we pulled away from the window we realized that we werent given our change. We pull into one of the drive-thru parking spaces and my roommate goes in. She was the driver by the way. I still have the food. After about 5 minutes I go in with the food. I was amazed that it was taking that long with 3 dollars. The manager was surpisely rude didnt believe my roommate until I came in with food. The guy at the window probably pocketed the whole $20. Hospitality 2014.

Usually have a good experience,although today the floor manager Nyda was very unprofessional, not once offered my drink to be refilled going to broom closet to check her phone talking to customers for very long periods of time instead of checking on others. Yelling across the restaurant that a child "peed" in the play area and it needed to be closed to sanitary ,you dont embarrass a child just state the play area us closed for routine cleaning. Will be a long time before I return to this store,I will go the distance and go to the Hunt valley store.

Horrible experience! I made my order at the drive thru waited behind two cars and when I get to the window the ENTIRE staff ignored me waiting. One member eventually said they are closed and I responded I just ordered and then he closes the window. I honk my horn to figure out what was happening and they continued cleaning and ignoring the fact they took my order. I will never go to again and I will ensure they are dealt with.

It was awful the cashier got our order wrong we went back up to get our food and the manager had the biggest attitude. They tried to blame their mistake on me. The 2 managers are pretty worthless if they took have the time managing and not standing around talking maybe this establishment would be better. If you ever think about stopping by at this chick fil a dont save the hassle and go to cockeysville

Chicfila has the best customer service overall as a fast food franchise. Tonight, i caught them at a bad time. No market salad when i got to window so subbed for southwest. Then left window and did not have my wrap in the bag. Went inside and it toom another 20 minutes just to get that. Poor outing. But i will be back to give them another since they have been on point for so long...

Our order was forgotten. Stood at the counter for several minutes being ignored. Finally got our food and were given free milkshakes to compensate for the horrible service. My father stood at the counter for ten minutes without someone acknowledging him just to get refills. I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A with such horrendous service.

dont park by the parking lot near the "drive thru" area. It is designed where the beginning is a two way thus the "STOP" sign.. but the line takes up both sides so youll end up using the "drive thu" as an exit anyway. I suggest to change the "Stop" sign to a one way sign since the line takes up both sides of the road during peak hours.

This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations. Unfortunately it is also the closest location to my house. The parking lot is small and dangerous. If you use the drive through, be sure to thoughly check your order and taste your drink before you pull off. The service is painfully slow. The food is great.

Go on their website and take a look at a salad , the picture shows a beautiful salad piled well above the top of the container. Go to this Chick-fil-A every single time the container is less than half full. Very sad that they would consistently seek to rip off customers as this is not a one-time thing

Everytime I come in and order they are always having a conversation with someone else while Im trying to order and wont call my name out while Im waiting for my food and always ignored when needing a refill or sauce or just help in general. Never use to be like this and I wont ever go back to that one

I spend many of my lunch breaks there everyone is very friendly espicially the young boy who works in the dining area, he is always on top of things (e.g. opening door for people, refilling drinks, removing empty trays from tables) he deserves a special award if he has never gotten one

Chik-fil-A is a monster! They were literally handing me my order before I got my wallet back in my pocket! Staff always well groomed and courteous. Store maintenance is perpetual. Oh yeah, the food is good too. Six day operating week and still kills their competition.

I am always happy with the service when I come here. I know many of the employees by face because I come here so often and everyone is always friendly and pleasant. I can be very crowded at times and forgot about the drive thru, that line is always around the block.

Horrible, the chicken on my sandwich was cold the bun was cold it was as if they took my sandwich out of the refrigerator. Then as I went in for a replacement sandwich staff was not attentive and services were still lacking! Would not suggest going here!
