Drive thru lady is the worst! Ive been at this restaurant both for dine in and drive thru and the drive thru provides the WORST customer experience. I could hear her talking to someone else WHILE taking my order, then gets rude when I repeat what I say and she wouldnt confirm it. I asked a simple question (mild or spicy) and she responded with a smirk remark instead of saying, "those arent options with that order" though the week previously, I was offered those options ordering the same exact order (sweet and salty chicken strips). I complained to the managers about her rudeness and shes still there taking orders and being rude as before. I stopped going through the drive thru but inside is no better. Staff are clueless (how hard could it be and how much training do you need to provide food to customers correctly?) Hopefully things change or Ill never come to this location again.

I just came from there they charge me for extra gravy and didnt put gravy in the main large mash poratoes didnt give me a receipt. When i tried to call the number posted online its a message stating its not in service. Im so mad worst service ever. Girl gonna get smart on inter then mess up my order when I was polite . The line was out the door, literally. It stayed that way the entire time. Not like the food was THAT amazing that people would line up. I had the fish combo and it was not good. The tartar sauce was drying out and old - dehydrated and like dry-wall spackle. It had been a year since I was here. It will be a good while more before I try again.

Waited over 15 mins in drive thru line, the person taking my order had to check several times to see what food was even available, then said Id have to wait for my order no matter what I picked. It was very disorganized, not my first poor experience at this location

It is abnormal if the staff does not make you feel like they dont want to help you and they usually dont have what you want ready. Also they dont take Amex. Kinda an inconvience. The chicken is good tho.
