I made my order online at 11:50 ish, arrived at the location at 12:20. I did not leave until 12:45 which is my first complaint. I should not have been in there for as long as a dine in order takes. So I ordered brioche french toast, side of bacon (3) and a fruit cup with an extra slice of french toast. My order came up to almost $16 when it should have been $10-11 so I check the receipt and they gave me two combos but only gave me the one extra slice of french toast. Instead of waiting for the extra order to be made I got a refund as I am only on my lunch break. I did get refunded now I only have the one combo. I get to my work site to realize there was no bacon either. Needless to say my food was ice cold by the time I got back to work. I come to Bob Evans all the time but I do not wish to return to any location. Kevin was the cashier and Wanda was the manager. They told me to come back to the store to get my bacon instead of refunding me when I work Downtown and paid with a credit card so I could have been refunded the same way I did in the store.

I dont know what happened. New management, new cooks, new wait staff... but service here has gone seriously south the last couple of months. Wait times of over an hour when the restaurant isnt even a quarter full, no one coming to check on us and offer refills, etc. The last time I was here I watched mine and my wifes food just sit in the window for 40 minutes. We spoke to a manager that night who tried to give us a discounted meal or free dessert (which we refused) and he assured us it was not a common occurance. Now here we are again and waiting 30 minutes just to place our order and sitting for over 20 minutes with empty drinks. The food is still delicious here so we want to keep coming back, but the service is just terrible now. Please, someone at this restaurant fix these issues because we really want to keep coming back, but wont if this keeps up.

Very Mixed Up Order Usually I find Bob Evans to be a pleasant family place, but my recent attempt to obtain a takeout meal for my elderly parents resulted in a one hour wait even though I submitted the whole order on line. The staff seemed completely confused and I only got my order at all because the manager intervened. He also apologized sincerely for the poor performance AND did not charge me (refunded my payment). So when I got home and found some items missing (e.g. rolls) the fact that the food was free of charge took the sting away. On a more positive note, Bob Evans banana nut bread is consistently wonderful and when I go there I purchase a whole loaf to take home.

Horrible. Everybodys attitude is horrible. I really dont understand how the manager attitude sucks and all the waitress.. Ive always eat breakfast I usually come in the moring and the dont have enough waitress but still. U dont like your job or rush of breakfast y work there. This is my last straw cause Everytime income here it has been the same. .the manager on duty said uhhh u all getting on my nerves under her breath .Cause they wanted to change from a table to booth. I cant do this rude place no more

My wife and I have been regulars here for about a year. Usually coming in once or twice a month, on a weekday. Lately the food and service have taken a downward turn. Eggs are way over done most of the time. Dont get drink refills or even our ticket in a timely manner. We usually tip 20% for average service, and go up or down from there. We have been tipping at fifteen percent lately, and considering dropping it to ten on occasion. We are looking for a new breakfast spot to give our business to.

CARRYOUT ONLY: Food is fine, staff is the problem. For the fourth time now (and definitely my last) the people working the counter have gotten the order wrong, forgotten utensils, butter, syrup etc. in the bag and have forgotten items that we must "way just a minute" on. Carry out service should be in and out, hence the creation of the option. The lackadaisical and clueless staff make the process unbearably long and top off your experience with getting it wrong.

I used to eat here weekly because the breakfast food was so good. Then they changed management and it takes 40 minuets MINIMUM to get your food. THE EGGS WERE COLD AND NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER GONE TO ANY RESTAURANT AND HAD TO WAIT OVER 30 MINUETS TO PAY FOR MY MEAL!!!! THAT IS BEYOND BIZARRE AND SURELY NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS! The waitress was nice but managers ineffective and dont seem to care much. It took 45 MIN AFTER I ATE TO GET SOMEONE

The service is generally swift. However, if you are a tea or lemonade drinker, dont get attached to a certain flavor. I used to get raspberry tea; its been removed from the menu. So I started drinking strawberry lemonade; now that has been removed from the choices available. I dont care for the wild berry, but it is what is being offered. The food, however, is all right, and waitresses are pretty friendly.

The waitress was fine. They must be short staffed. We a group of 4 got our food and hour after walking in and 40 mins after being seated. No refills offered, no napkins given, parts of our meal arrived at different times, never asked if I wanted more coffee, our ketchup bottle was empty, not enough sugar on table, but again the waitress was fine. Food was good, minus hair on my butter.

Normally, I eat in restaurant & everythings pretty cool. Every time I go there they NEVER have any seasoned potatoes just stringy home fries. I chose take out this time...BIG MISTAKE!! I had thee WORST experience with a female Assistant General Manager. Not paying attention to customers coming into the restaurant. Food was ok. Not going back!!!

I was excited to try the turkey dinner youve been advertising on television. I left very disappointed. My meal could not have had more than 2 oz. of turkey & looked to be cut a notch above "shaved". So much dressing, so much mashed & so little meat. The staff was friendly & restaurant appeared clean

Danyette was our server today. She was one of the BEST servers weve ever had (& i was a server myself for years!) Charmaine checked us in, seated us and check us out... she was pleasant and professional. She too made us both smile!!! Great job ladies!!! Oh, & food was good too! Lol!

Awesome food and Good service. You wont be disappointed by the staff. Its lively and carry a good customers base so they tend to stay active. Wait times are moderate to mild on slower days and holidays/Weekends dont get much over 30-40minutes when they are busy.

Just got take out from there and there was hardly any meat in the pot roast. Took over 40 minutes wait to get and the mashed potatoes and macoroni cheese was cold and tasteless. Could have got from giant and it would have been better. Stay away from the take out!

The food is decent and the prices are good. But the service is so slow we some times end up leaving after 20 minutes without even being offered drinks. Every time we think "maybe it was just that once", but end up dealing with it time and time again.
