My experiences with this wing stop location have been less than favorable. My concern is that its not the food, the wings are fantastic and I love their fries. The problem here is the staff. The staff here seems bothered that customers actually come in to the establishment. The first time I visited there were totally different people and they were really nice and very customer service oriented. One of the young ladies mentioned she worked at another location previously and was telling how well the business was doing. I was initially happy to see another option in the area for wings because one place my family visited often had just closed down. Well about my third visit, it seems they have gotten some new employees who just dont seem to be the right fit for the job. At first I thought well maybe they had a rough day but by my sixth visit and with 3 of the last visits with the same dude with his "what do you want" attitude not to mention he can barely open his mouth to answer a question. I really was not looking forward to interacting with him anyway so last night I went in at about 10:15 ( keep in mind they close at 11) and the young lady quickly greeted me as I walked through the door, so I was thinking, " yes, I dont have to deal with mean guy". However, the young lady that took my order, I barely understood any of her questions, it was like she was the "speedy order taker". At the end she asked me if I wanted to dine in or if it was carry out, I began to say dine in and her eyes got so big they almost looked like they were going to roll right out of her head so I felt like I was imposing and I should just say "carry out" so I did. Right after my order, she punched out and walked out the door. At that moment, I knew why she was in such a rush. Therefore, I wont go where Im not wanted so I guess I will try the next new spot Hurricane Grill and Wings.

I have no idea why this place has such a low score on here, I guess people will find anything to complain about. They are 1 of the best WingStops in all of MD, if not THEE best, and Ive been to them all. They always provide excellent customer service, they greet you at the door, verify your order is accurate, let you know the cooking time, etc; The food is always made fresh to order and seasoned well. The store is always clean and I have yet to have a bad experience with them in the 10 times (at least) that Ive ordered from here. This is a great WingStop and thats coming from a man that eats A LOT of wings.

Honestly, the worst experience Ive ever had at any food restaurant. It was my first time there. It wasnt even crowded and the service was SLOW and extremely bad. It took over 5 minutes for me to just place my order and I was the only person in line! With 3 employees behind the counter. After waiting 15 more minutes the cook forgot to make my order. While I was standing there in front of them! I dont understand how that happens?! Im not one to leave reviews but this was so bad I had to. I wont be coming back. Go next door to jimmy johns instead!!

Wings are excellent but the manager Jamol is very rude! Paid for 10 wings but received 8. Called store and was offered 2 wings. I wasnt planning to leave my house for their mistake and to only receive 2 wings. Then the guy said he would make it 3 wings. I asked for the manager and he said he was it. Then I asked for the owner and was told that I would have to come to the store and talk to her so I asked when and he said I dont know. Jomol was very rude and I cant believe he is a manager of the store, let alone an employee!

Went there one night after ordering online at about 10:20. Said it would be done by 10:45. Arrived at 10:50 to give them leeway. Ended up not leaving until 11:45 because the girl at the register didnt understand my name when I told her. My order was sitting on the counter getting cold for nearly and hour for the simple fact that the girl didnt ask me a 2nd time to confirm what my name was to match with the order. Needless to say I was furious but I was 10 minutes from closing so what am I to do.

First and Last time, never going there again. The flavors they have are different but their hottest Atomic sauce is not even spicy like they claim it to be on their spice flame chart provided. Most of their flavors are sweet. Im a person who enjoys spicy foods. So if you enjoy spicy foods, this is not a place for you. This would be a good place for people who enjoy mild spicy foods. It is a bit pricy too. I saw one of the cook, not wash his hands after using the bathroom. Regret going there...

Went to this location at 11:15am and the staff was unprofessional playing around and the manager was full excuses, he actually took my order since no one else showed any interest in doing so, 30mins later order finally was ready and wrong. Asked for refund and the manager said he didnt have the rights or knew how... Wasted time with unprofessional staff. Waiting on GM or owner to address this instead of excuses

Yes Jamon Jamal whatever the heck his name is . He takes the fun out of coming to wings stop. I dont understand his attitude. I dont kno think guy or never met him in my life his give me attitude like he knows me. My God what a customer service????? This is sicken!!!!! I just hope next time I go back I dont see him!!!!

My phone says I was there for 55 minutes... I ordered a 6 piece boneless wing combo with veggie sticks (celery and carrot). The wait was at least 25 minutes with only 2 orders ahead of me. Way slow. Wings werent bad though; I see why Rick Ross likes the lemon pepper.

Best wings and fries in the area that Ive discovered since moving here, but the service is incredibly slow. Every single time Ive ordered, they say 18 minutes wait, but its usually around 25 mins - longest being 40 minutes. Other than that, great wings.

I went there on a Sunday for the first time and I loved my wings. I ordered the Mango Habanero and the Brazilian Lemon or Zest (I forgot) but equally amazing. My wings have never been seasoned so well. This is my good-to now.

Liked nothing about it. Thought my 1st experience was a one off but apparently not. The staff there is the worst. Ill take McDonalds staff over these crop of staff. Be very wary of the fair dude with hold dreads

The wings were not that great and were really small. I ordered the bar-b-que and the old bay wings. I will not be returning to this restaurant. However, I did like the fries.

Wings were just average. After all the wingstop hype they do not live up. Im from the buffalo are so my standards are high but still these wings are supposed to be famous.
