Okay so I must start by saying this review is long, long, long overdue. I purchased wings and fries from this place (which is conveniently located right around the corner from my house) & they were just awful, I mean so bad that I drove all the way back to ask for a refund. The manager offered me more fries & refused to give me my money back saying "Im just a small business owner" as if that was a plausible excuse. Now I never even touched this food past the little nibbles I took only to discover how nasty it all was. I told this manager who actually had the nerve to argue back & forth with me, that I was going to dispute the charge on my card & get my full refund. Long story short, I completely forgot to put in my claim. I can however say I felt unsatisfied with the service I received from this place, & especially frown upon the management. They need to learn how important customer satisfaction is... even for the smallest of businesses.

Worst service EVER! I used to be a faithful regular patron, but after tonight I will never order from this place again! They must have hired new staff or gotten new owners because I was never treated this poorly before. The driver refused to bring the food to my door telling me I had to come out and get it in the parking lot. Then he dropped the ranch dressing from my sauce dripping bag and it splattered everywhere including my pants. Next he told me to remove 3 ice cold cans of soda (by the way I ordered and paid for 4) and I had to carry them in my armpits while juggling the drippy bag up to my 3rd floor apartment. When I called to complain, I was cut short by a rude man who had no time to listen and was told I would have to wait an additional 30-40mins for the soda he forgot to bring! Needless to say they just lost a good customer who always tipped well, but I guess they dont care about that either!

i should have known NOT to order from these idiots again after the first time i waited for over an hour for burnt cold crappy food when i only live a few blocks away. i gave them a second chance and NO EFFIN SURPISE they mess it up again!! 2 hours ive waited, my food never showed up. they got their money because they billed my credit card!! i call to find out where my food is and they give me some excuse that the driver delivered it to the wrong house!!!!!!! this is ridiculous. they dont speak english. their food sucks. do not trust these people with your credit card info. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER AND HOPEFULLY IF YOU ARE READING THIS YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS EITHER. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

If I could give it no stars I would. The delivery service was fast the driver was even nice but the order was wrong and not only did they refuse to fix it because they dont make free delivery but they refused to give me a refund even though I offered to return the untouched incorrect order. So not only did I not get what I asked for, I had to pay for it to. The food might be good( not that I would know) but they have alot to learn about American customer service. I will never order from them again and my advice is that you dont either

Very Polite staff especially the woman at the register. The only thing Ive tried there was the Cheese steak sub and as a professional cheese steak eater I must say they give every well known hood spot a run for their money. The cheese steaks are great. Can speak on anything else. I am always up for a cheese steak Sub from them. Its Great!!

Wait time was an hour. When food showed up both subs were sloppy and made with wrong toppings. When we called back the lady who answered said "thats not possible, I took your order." Eventually she asked what we ordered and sent out new subs. Another half hour later, there was barely any meat on them. I wont be eating there again.

Less than one star. Service was horrible, delivery driver gave me attitude for trying to help and had the NERVE to have my damn food half cold and open but wanted a tip. Heres a tip :only hire drivers that know where they are going WITHOUT attitude. NEVER ordering from here again nor are my friends and family.

They really put the things in wings and things. Lasagna was disgusting and frozen. Service was bad and they have one table. Everything tastes like plastic and wait is long. Many other places that are good. Do your self a favor and never go here. If you swipe he pics you will see watery lasagna.

The wings are good and crunchy and the pizza is good. The menu says they have bacon as a pizza topping but this location doesnt carry pork products. They also dont carry romaine lettuce for salad. Otherwise, its a solid spot.

They were very slow and it was inconvenient service, the food was delivered with the sauces spilled everywhere on the food, the fries were soggy and super soft. Overall it was unpleaseant experience with their service.

They were great, fast service and have a variety of food for everyone. I like that they have halal food available and no real need to request it, its there. Great place to eat or take out for the game! Go Ravens!

Pathetic place to eat, stay away from this place. Soggy subs/fries and if you call them back they wont accept it. Disgusting. Plus the staff is so rude. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money there.
