Absolutely terrible. Waited 25 minutes for food that I was told would be ready in 15-20, only to receive the saddest excuse for wings Ive ever seen. Wings were dry and tasted like rancid oil. When I mentioned it to the manager, who might be the single most unprofessional person to claim that title (piercing in her cheek, no hat or hairnet, cellphone blatantly in use while handling food, and more concern for conversation with employees than running a business), she told me I had already bitten the food and that no one else had complained about it and all around treated me like an inconvenience, maybe these employees eat for free, but this is not a cheap restaurant. Finally I was rudely told to give her the wings and Id have to wait for another 20 mins for new wings. Like I really wanted to keep the wings I was dissatisfied with in the first place. My opinion, this place needs to have a complete staffing overhaul, understand its probably not a great paying job, but certainly there are people who NEED work and WILL work, not treat it like a hangout where someone is obligated to pay them for occupying space.

The staff is rude, service is very bad. They messed up my line order . I also had to wait 40 mins longer than estimated pickup time. Chicken was under cooked,wrong flavors, and they had no blue cheese or ranch in stock.when I went back the manager was rude and tried to lie And said corporate has to issue refunds.then called me a liar saying they didnt mess up my order As I waited 40 mins for my wings that should have been done 45 mins after I ordered. The staff messed up 5 other orders 5 of the people came back, one man who waited longer than me for his food had his order completely messed up 4 times before he walked out. When he tried to ask for a refund the employee lied and said only corporate can do that and they cant do anything..... Please avoid this place. The staff are ghetto, rude,non professional, dirty.The place is extremely dirty, no ac, and once they mess up your order they will try to blame you or lie saying they dont issue refunds. Overpriced,

This pretty much lost a customer for life. I was excited to finally have wingstop but the hype was quickly dissolved. The employees were terrible. They played inappropriate music without any regard for the customers. It takes about 20 minutes to place an order because the girl at the front counter doesnt comprehend a word that anyone tells her. I observed numerous cross contamination cases where raw chicken and fries were handled without washing Hands. I ordered 16 wings and took about 50 minutes to fill the order. When I got home and tried the food, it was a giant puddle of grease in the container. The lemon pepper tasted like lemon garbage. The chicken was extremely hard, dry, and cold. Lastly, the fries were soggy and tasted like they were fried in month old oil. Please stay away from this location. Spend the extra time and drive to Virginia beach.

I usually dont rate places, but based off this experience I feel people deserve a warning. I love wingstop and have always gotten quality food without fail. This location is a different story though. The "made to order" wings where room temperature and had obviously been made prior and then just had sauce added to them. The veggie sticks where ice cold and looked like they where at least a week old and I didnt even bother to try them. The ranch was also way too cold and was obviously watered down from the sauce Ive came to expect from wingstop. At this point Id rather drive 20 min to the VA Beach location then eat here which is less than a mile from my house. Also the employees where having very loud and inappropriate conversation. I hope the owners fix this because this location can either do very well or fail based off their employees

No matter how bad of an experience or service I have ever had this by far was the worse. I ordered at 1000pm a 10 piece combo an added 3 piece and an extra ranch. My food came out 45 minutes later only because I had asked about my food and was given attitude by the cook. I was only given a ten piece no extra wings and no extra ranch. I asked for my ranch and they gave me blue cheese. I asked for my extra wings and waited another 40 min!!! She said it was would be done right away I cant believe how long I have waited along with many angry customers as well. My wings were dry my order was wrong and I had to wait extremely long and got extremely bad customer service. Please go to another wing stop do not waste your time here.

Incompetence at its finest. They royally messed up taking the order. When it did come out it wasnt even close to what I asked for, much less what they put on the receipt. So they some how managed to screw up twice on the same order. With no other customers in the place it took over half an hour for 11 wings and a side of fries. The fries came out perfectly, and the chicken to breading ratio was great. That being said, the boneless wings tasted like they they were cooked in stale rancid oil. I was going to edit and give them two stars for the fries. But then I remembered how lacking their conduct and work ethic was as they wasted more time fooling around in the kitchen than working, blasting rap like children.

WingStop has always been a popular location since its conception and this one did not disappoint. The location was packed but the employees were still able to handle the load appropriately. Despite the vernacular being very "comfortable" which included the manager it wasnt anything that could be construed as rude or nasty. I ordered about 30 wings with 3 different flavor and my meal was ready in about 15 minutes with the line backed up yo the door. The decor was decent and the restaurant itself was alright. Some of the tables had crumbs, utensils scattered and cup lids every where by the drink area. That was the main reason for the loss of a star.

Not only was the wait time horrible, the workers also gave me the wrong order and faced gentleman my order in his To go. Ive been to the wingstop in fort Bragg, fort Stewart and now here: Norfolk by far has the worst. The wings I ordered were over cooked and tasted as if it was an amalgamation of cartilage and fat not chicken. The fries were of same quality but were under cooked. Highly unsatisfied and unprofessional as the coworkers were talking in the back while customers were waiting and comparing work to other current jobs: Burger King. Perhaps new management to increase productivity and store quality is in shape. Other than that- stay away.

Both mine and my husbands wings were ba rely seasoned (my husband had to add hot sauce to his ATOMIC wings). Waited over half an hour for 8 wings. Fries were not seasoned. The cashier was rude and did not even ask us for our 2nd flavor. Also denied us our military discount. Plus felt a racist atmosphere since we were served last even though arriving before the non Caucasian customers (and no they had not ordered online they ordered in store). Worst customer service I have ever experienced and so much disrespect. Never coming back. We will definitely be taking our business to the wingstop that is am hour away.
