First time trying this place out, made a $75 order for the family one night . Ordered it online waited the estimated 17min and went in to get my food. My order was not ready. There was at least 6 people in the kitchen and the place wasnt busy (based of people in the establishment. Obviously I cant see how many online orders theyre dealing with) ended up being 25-30min. Since it was a large order I decided to check my food... -one order of 12 wings only had 9 wings. -I was missing two sides (large and small fries) -three entire meals were missing as well. Thats probably around $25+ worth of food I was missing. Thats a third of my entire order! Are you kidding me? I would have been screwed if I walked away right away. I spent maybe over 45minutes from order time until I left. Way too long for wings and fries. The employees customer service was great and thy apologized for the inconvenience, which makes them professional in the customer service aspect, but in the fast food management aspect theyre weak. In the end, the food wasnt even good. The "Hot" flavored wings were flavorless and not spicy. The chicken tenders were super salty. The fries with seasoning are good. My biggest pet peeve was that they dont even label the orders! I made a 75$ order and Im supposed to just guess what flavor is which?! When I asked them to please label it beacause I dont know which is which, the just said sorry we dont do that.. Would not recommend. Will not return. Id rather make the extra trip to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in college park.

They are the best. They know me by name when I go in and when I call over the phone. Not sure what the others experienced but this place is one of the only good places to eat. They make everything fresh to order, everything. They are always friendly and try the best way to get your bang for your buck. The food is delicious. No lie, I eat here 2 to 3 times a week and I enjoy going here because of the integrity of the business owners. They are amazing.

The fries here were great. The wings were very bland and a little on the small side. My garlic parmesan wings were lazily covered in cheese and I didnt really taste the garlic. The prices are also higher than other nearby wing places.

Second time there, the food was ok however the music was lace with profanity. Am glad I went by myself. There was a lady with a kid waiting for her order they didnt care.
