We ordered two twenty-two piece platters on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday from Michael, when I arrived on Sunday the platters were not ready, I spoke to Edwardo who I found to be very unprofessional that asked if I had prepaid for the order I said no and he replied o well and said he did not know anything about the order and began to walked away, I said I still needed the order and was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes for the order, I said to him I needed to see if they still wanted the order and returned to say yes I still needed the order, I spoke to two other workers to say let him know I still needed the order, Edwardo came out and said it would take 30 minutes so I waited, when he came out again 20 minutes later the cashier said to him the gentleman is waiting on his order Edwardo asked me if I had paid for it yet and said he had not fixed it because I had not places the order. I assure you Popeyes is off our list of places to do business

If I could I would give this place a negative -5. The most unprofessional, lack of training, slowest staff ever. I can into the store on a Sunday night. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the counter to place My order then waited another 30 minutes to get my order, get home to find it was WRONG. The manager that was working the had no clue what was going on. He was no help to his staff members. JUST SAD. Unsatisfied customer.

I wish I could give a negative star. They dont deserve a 1. They are out of chicken and the unprofessional little girl at the drive thru was ridiculous. After every statement she replied with "is that all" with an attitude as though we were inconveniencing her. I guess she is mad she works for popeyes. If you dont like your job leave!!!! Like we did. I refused to spend my money after her horrible service.

Poor customer service, slow wait time and why are you running out of food?! Ive been in line long enough to write this review and I still havent received my food. My prior visit a manager was cursing at employees. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to clean house and try again. If CFA can hire non ratchet employees, so can every other fast food spot in PG County.

Just visited this brand new location for the 1st time and its just like the other Popeyes in the area. Ordered shrimp with fries and a sweet tea via drive through with no line and it came out cold. My tea was unsweetened and I had to ask for cocktail sauce. When they finally gave me my sauce they only gave me one. One is not enough for all those shrimp.

My mom and I waited almost 20 in the drive thru to receive our food and they ended up giving us the wrong food. We ended up have to go all the way back and come to find out they made my food and gave it to me as is, the fries were cold and they werent all the way done because my mom and I got sick from them. Wont recommend to anyone :(

This is my second visit to this location and the both visits were not good. The staff has poor customer service and the food was cold and old. I spoke to the manager and he listened to my complaint and offered an apology. He also offered to get me fresh food. This location needs to make some major changes!

If you like sending your bag back because the staff forgot something this is the place to come to. Long lines, extremely slow wait times, the staff definitely needs training especially in customer service. I would drive 10 miles as opposed to .6 miles for better service. Management needs to step up!

Every time I have gone to this location they never have any mild wings I was complaining and the manager still didnt compensate me. But the young man on the cash register still looked out. Still dont understand why they not making wings consistently if thats whats selling the most......
