today i stopped at the popeyes in clinton, md to pick up a for my coworker. I myself went to checkers. I ordered a 4 piece meal spicy for him though the drive thru, and when i returned to my job, my coworker opened his box and was given a two piece. i called the store and asked for a manager, advised her of the mistake, she got my name and said i could return and receive the two pieces of chicken that were missing. when i got to the store, Kiana was the first manager i saw. i told her i had called about a mistake in the drive thru and was there to have it fixed. She asked for my receipt and i gave it to her. 7 minutes later, i see Kiana return to the front and start cleaning. I thought maybe shes waiting on the store manager to help me. I wait a few more minutes without being helped, so i said to Kiana, "maam, about how much longer will it be i need to get back to work?" she rolled her eyes at me and stated she didnt even know what id ordered. i said maam i gave you the receipt ten mins ago when i walked in. She said she didnt have it anymore and had given it to the other manager who was supposed to help me. i said "okay, so instead of telling me that another manager will be with me momentarily, your solution is to leave me standing here when im already upset i had to come back" her response was, i didnt have your receipt i didnt know what you ordered." I said maam i gave the receipt to you and you walked away and left me standing here, its cool though this will be the last time i return to this store and i will be getting in touch with a corporate manager. As i grabbed my bag that she finally fixed the meal 15 mins after i walked in, i heard her call me an Effing B word. people beware.

I will never visit my area Popeyes again. On Sunday, September 11th, 2016 the drive through was backed up, after getting to the window was told to waite some more, Got my order right at least my receipt was got home the wrong order.The chicken was the bland and dry. I called the restaurant back the manager kept apologing saying i just came in. Im done. This is the second time my order wasnt right. I am spreading the word to family and friends about this branch. DONE

Food was burnt.......tried to ask for another meal and they young cashier gave me attitude....I watched 4 ppl get their food before I demanded to see the manager and even after I spoke to her I still ended up with a dry breast and greasy wings.....never coming back here again

We got two meals and paid twenty dollars, but it doesnt look like it at all. They didnt have corn on the cob, green beans, coleslaw or sauce. They ladies in the back were fighting, so we just let it go. We eat at this place a lot. Well, change that. We used to.

This place definitely IS NOT for the person trying to be healthy. There are no grilled options. I tried to be"healthy" with the green beans, but even those came in a thick sauce seasoned with pork pieces. I ended up just eating the Cajun fries

Its a Popeyes. Not much to say. The chicken was good. They seem to have a tendency to get your order wrong so you should check before you leave. Theyre nice about it though. Sometimes theyll give you a free piece of chicken for your troubles

They get it done. Much better than the Waldorf store. This was my first time on the drive through here. The young lady repeated my order to me, got it correct and unlike the waldorf store my order was correct. Great job.
