Once again this KFC has failed to live up to the commercials. Ive had their chicken pot pie at several other KFCs and loved it. Against my better judgement, I went to my neighborhood KFC. As usual, the service, as well as the food was horrible. I purchased 2 of their 5 dollar pot pie meals.Figured I couldt go wrong with this. When I arrived home to eat my meal, under the crust I found soup. Tasted like cream of mushroom, Plenty of carrots, few potatoes, and no noticeable chicken. I ended up pouring the broth over my dogs food. Guess I should be happy, the dogs seemed to have enjoyed it, and at least with this special, unlike the last, they did have cookies to serve with this meal. DONT GO TO THIS KFC!!!!!!!!!

° Service at a full price Apology ° 7:06 pm I was most displeased to say the least after spending my time, efforts and cash to enjoy a meal through the drive thru, it was short 4 biscuits, I the called store after locating the number online from the partial view faint receipt. The recipient I spoke with shared their apologies and they offered me 4 biscuits in the future for replacement. I shall not be returning. I am not local + my time and gas is far more valuable than 4 biscuits. My meal totaled $27.54 .... I expect at any price my meal I chose at this establishment to be fresh, prompt & precise. The service at this KFC is unbelievably slow. I visited this location on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 5pm and the drive thru was closed. They told me to come inside and I waited about 25 to 30 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken. The store was not clean. There was paper on the floor and the front counter was wet (Yuk). This KFC is just nasty and unfortunately this is the 2nd KFC, Ive been to with a similar experience. The one located in Glen Burnie, MD is the exact same as far as the slow service. They need to shut down and give their recipes to Popeyes.

I wish I had read the reviews before spending my money. As I pulled into the Drive Thru line a prospective customer pulled out of the line apparently unhappy with the wait (3 cars in line including me). It took several minutes before someone took my order once I was at the speaker. I ordered three items and was given only one. Had I thoroughly checked the bag I would have noticed the extra biscuits I ordered were not present either. I wont be visiting that KFC again. Such poor service is unacceptable.

Only because I can I give this anything less than 1 star if the only reason it received one star the name of the business is KFC the F stands for fried chicken is the sea and that is the one thing this place seems to never have fried chicken at a place that is known for fried chicken if you can avoid this place at all possible cost go anywhere find some food on the floor or maybe roadkill but do not go here

The service was horrible..the cashier didnt put all my food in the bag and I came in to get my food..the grill chicken was old and dried up..the customers were coming in from the drive thru upset because they had been waiting so long for there food..Meanwhile, the manager is working and has an attitude..Each and every time I come to the KFC, the service is horrible and the food is even worst..

Today was my 63rd birthday. Everything was perfect, except for the awful service that we received regarding the filling of our order. We ordered at 6:49 pm, and received our incomplete order at 8 pm. We discovered that the 10 biscuits were missing once we got home., but were too tired to go back and wait even longer. Horrific service, and no apology given by employees.

The rest room is out dated, not friendly to their customers. Needs improvement. If this KFC was located in Montgomery County around Potomac MD, Bethesda, MD, more emphasis would be placed on both restrooms. Their are hard working people living in this neighborhood and they too must be respected. This is also part of good customer service.

The dine in was very dirty, juice bar was completely dirty huge sticky juice spills you literally hear your feel peel off of the floor. I used to always drive through but I decide to try and go sit in and eat. Very dissatisfied every table sticky and had food crumbs and not properly cleaned.

This KFC on Marlboro Pike is the worst. They really need to have a manager in there that can run the show. When u see your chicken getting low drop more.(DAH). How this place stays open is beyond me. SMGDH!! Cant continue without selecting a star no star!
