A) Prepare for a long wait when going through the Drive-through. The KFC person who is supposed to "watch" for vehicles driving in to place an order B) is typically late in acknowledging your presence, C) does not "check" the correctness of your order (YOU HAD BETTER LOOK INTO THE KFC BOX AS THEY HAVE A PROPENSITY OF PUTTING THE INCORRECT FOOD THAT YOU ORDERED IN) . C) For some odd reason, the staff cannot sell you a KFC Gift card (they have not been shown how) but if the KFC Manager is thee, they figure out a way. This KFC has a lot of potential, if management practiced a little "quality checking" to insure "service quality" and "product quality".

The worst service I have EVER experienced at a fast food place. I asked for a mash potatoe Bowl without corn and she rudely said " cant do it " and from experience you actually can .The bowls arent Premaid so you can easily just NOT add corn. She was too lazy and refused to tell her coworkers the order. Very rude Hispanic or oriental lady at the register. I wasnt the only person who left today because of her in experience and rudeness. I pray that the miserable woman finds a new job Bc she clearly hates her job and KFC has lost many customers because of her and has a bad reputation at that location because of her.

This place is horrible . the service is horrible . the food is horrible . the cleanliness of the restaurant is horrible . I wouldnt feed my dog here. Its as if no one in there is cordinated they are all running around like chickens with their heads cut off instead of as a unit . u will be waiting forever and a day for two damn pieces of chicken

I Normally dont do this whole review but let me say this is the worst KFC Ive been to! Disrespectful, Rude, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The older female at the window has no respect nor appreciation for customers! Ms P is very rude but I hope the best for her!

We were sitting in the drive through on Saturday around 4:30pm, and nobody was asking us what we wanted. So we drove up to the window to order, and a worker was sitting in the window texting. She never looked up so we just left. They have the worst service.

The workers appear to be lazy - service is really slow. And I think the place could be a little cleaner. Last time I ate there, the food seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Ah well... Ill eat at other places.
