Stopped in on a Saturday night and I saw a car with nobody in it parked in front of the entrance to the drive through. Being that Im from the area I am used to seeing strange things like this, I went around it and made an attempt to order. I was told that they didnt have any chicken wings or legs left before I placed the order. I asked for tenders and was told that they didnt have any chicken in a very aggressive and rude manner. Tenders aint wings or legs but knowing the type of people that this location usually employs I wasnt surprised by the lack of communication skills. Dont go to this location. Plus they short you on shrimp every time you order them.. Go to Marlboro Pike.

So far I have had mostly good experiences here. I have used this location for quick lunches, as well as catering lunches with huge orders, and the customer service for each time has been great. Especially for large catering events, the manager has come and helped me carry things and ensured the order added up, even helped add coupons to make sure we got the best deal. The ONLY downside is the few times an item has been missed in an order (missing a box of biscuits in a huge order, or a pie in a smaller order) which happens often, but if youre watching for it you can head it off before it happens.

Worst popeyes ever! Shut it down or hire better employees. Ive given this popeyes so many chances but it fails every time. Smh I always go through the drive thru & the service is sooo slow. They take forever to take your order, then you have to park & wait for them to bring your food & aside from that the order is never correct smh. I have to get out my car & go inside & tell them my order is wrong. They have the worst customer service, they are so rude and unprofessional.

I ordered the simplest thing on the menu... 5 piece spicy tenders and a side and an iced tea. When I got to the window they asked me if I got the half tea half lemonade and I told them the correct order. I got the half tea half lemonade. Okay whatever. I get my order and its three mild tenders... Customer service was awful, they were unprofessional and arguing about my drink at the window in front of me. Ugh.

The worst customer service! When I got in line, I was #5. Why did it take two clerks 20 minutes to get to me??? The guy who waited on me had an attitude until I said something in front of his manager after he got my order wrong. Then he told me they had no more biscuits. Huh? I got home and discovered he left out one of my sides. They need a total overhaul of the staff!

Now Im pregnant and its late at night. I send my boyfriend inside to get our food. I get the fish and shrimp and when we get home I open my box to just shrimp and fries! So I spent $10 for some hard, stale shrimp, and didnt even get my fish. Worse experience ever!

I freaking hate this place!! The service is HORRIBLE, and every single worker there acts as if they dont have a clue as to what is going on. Including the managers. I have been living in this area all my life, and I seriously dread going there!!!!!!!

Order is always wrong when I go through the drive through. Its a risk if I dont go inside where I can watch them make my order correctly; even then, they have to ask what I ordered. And they happen to always run out of chicken after like 9:30pm.

Went to this Popeyes for dinner (7pm). Received my food at a reasonable time. Got home to discover that they had replaced our biscuits with extra chicken. Didnt know they had run out of biscuits until I called to ask about it. Never again

Drive thru service is the worst, doesnt matter what time of day you come and sometimes its the managers that work the drive thru. Rather go to KFC or Bojangles.
