With this store located so near the heart of tourism, I was very surprised by the terrible experiences that I had. Ive been to this location twice - neither time a good experience. There are only a few tables in the restaurant, so seating is at a minimum. Its run badly, and the staff have never been nice. It feels as if this location was an after-thought. Im surprised that the place has managed to stay open. The first time I went through the drive-thru and ordered a family order of fried chicken with the sides. I was told that they were out of chicken [no-seriously] and there would be a 10 minute wait, could I pull into a parking space and someone would bring it out to me. After 45 minutes of waiting I went into the restaurant and asked where my food was, and was told that I had already gotten it. The cashier was rude and obnoxious. I asked to see the manager, who was not much more helpful. Eventually I did manage to get the food, but since it was over an hour late, I wasnt please AT ALL with the service. No, I did not get a discount, but they did manage to offer me a free SMALL drink as consolation for the wait. The second time I went inside the store. There were 3 people in my party and we each ordered a different menu item. Not surprisingly, one of the menu items had to be made. As we watched the item was made several times but handed over to the drive-thru server each time. We actually had to go to the cashier and remind her that we had not yet received the item. While we were still eating, a bus pulled up to the side of the road, and people began walking up to the restaurant. Almost in unison everyone started asking if they could go on break, go home, or some reason to not be at work at that moment. The service that they gave to the bus patrons was HORRIBLE and even the management was bordering on rude.

Went there about 6:00 pm on Saturday June 28. I ordered 3 mashed potato bowls and a 3 piece meal. Get up to the window and they tell us it will be 3 minutes they have to cook the chicken bites for the bowls. No problem, figured the chicken would be good and fresh. After we waited 12 minutes pulled over tot the side, I went in and the response was oh, we were just about to bring it out to you. We get home. The 3 piece chicken was over cooked and hard, appeared they fried it a second time or reheated it. The mashed potato bowls did not have chicken bites, they substituted a chicken tender in which they cut up and we each had 3 small pieces. This was just terrible, they never even apolagized for taking so long to get us our food.

Went in to try the new boneless chicken. The service was slow and the chicken was terrible. Overcooked, dark brown, greasy, and stringy. We were served all dark meat which was awful. It looked like it was the end of the batch. It looked nothing like any of the pictures I had seen in ads of the boneless chicken. Two employees sat at a table next to us and ate, jumping up when customers came in. I dont like to make a scene at a store but I wish I had yesterday. I had an upset stomach by the time I got home. Hummelstown, PA store.

What do I like about it?? These employees are RUDE. Rude employees make everything terrible. The one girl with long brown hair in a pony tail, screaming where everyone can hear her, "WE ONLY HAVE ONE CHICKEN BREAST" my mom felt like walking out. The girl proceeded to say (when the rush came in) OMG IM DYING" still screaming. I dont put up with loud careless employees. I get its fast food, but have manners. Hate this place. Been 15 minutes since weve ordered.

this place is terrible every time i got to the medical center we stop here to eat and we always get home before we realize weve been screwed! either they dont have what we want n make substitutions which we agree to but then they screw that up,i let them substitute thighs for breasts one time cos they didnt have enough breasts got home n found my thighs had turned to drum sticks.we wont be eatin there again!!!

My son spilled a soda told employee immediately nothing was done! Finishes filling soda cups and the spilled soda was still on the floor. My friend told a second employee and then a stranger told them also before a wet floor sign was placed over the spill. All of our sides were forgotten with our meals. Just poor service in general would not recommend at all!

Upon asking the staff a single question about the menu the staff became short, rude and belligerent. The enclosed side of mashed potatoes had the bottom cut out of it. Upon removing the container from the bag scalding hot mashed potatoes spilled out all over the place. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

They have good, fresh, hot food. but the drive through sucks and is so tight, also limited parking. Also sucks that google says theyre open till 10. i pull up at 9:20 waiting and waiting, see the tiny hours and realize monday--thursday they close at 9pm. i suggested a edit.

No big complaints. Our server was friendly, and our meal was ready promptly. They do not carry the grilled chicken, though. We asked for it and so did the couple behind us. We usually get half grilled and half extra crispy so we dont OD on all that grease.

NEVER coming back... Everything I ordered they were out of ( chicken pot pies, Mac n Cheese, cole slaw etc) they completely messed my order and when I called to complain they never answered the phone.... Simply horrible

Very odd setup and very small. Staff were okay. Food was hot. Limited menu. Limited parking. Limited seating. See a pattern? Definitely not the best KFC ever.
