Every time I go to this KFC, there is a problem. So now, I have put them on the boycott list. The last two times that I was there was a bad idea, Last Tuesday, they only had 12 hot wings at 2pm and I wanted 20. They never have 20 hot wings ready. The manager told me that she could only sell me 12. The person who took my order was rushing me to order when he should have been verifying that he had enough hot wings. The time before that, the whole family went thru the drive thru and when we got to the window, my 5 year old daughter said, "Oh no he didnt, that boy has on purple nail polish with glitter. It is very confusing for a child to see a teenage boy dressed up like a girl and Im not about to have that conversation with my 5 year old because it is unacceptable to me. As we are leaving the drive thru, I check my food and I am short a biscuit. I went and got my biscuit. KFC in Clinton is a mess and they have received their last coin from me..

If I could give it 0 stars I would , I go to kfc not often but when I do the employees always seem to be yelling at each other , when I go the front counter a heavy set girl with red braids I couldnt get her name her name tag is very faded which is unprofessional but she is always very helpful and cheerful when theres a wait on chicken or anything she lets me know and offers me something while I wait , on January 14 ,2017 her and the manager was in the office and I could hear what was going on the girl started crying I felt bad for her because I go through drive thru all the time and the employees are so damn rude! To see her cry I felt for her I wanted to get her name and let her know shes the best employee and that I would do a survey on her. Whoever she is I will be contacting the manager no employee should leave out crying like that !

On 5/9/2017 about 6:50 pm I went through the drive thru services was pleasant. I ask the cashier if they had something other than the fill-up for $20.00. She told me they had 10 only for $10.41 and the one side would be around $4.19. I told her that would work and repeated to her. Received my food and drove off. When I got home I open the bucket and had 4 pieces of chicken in a big bucket. I threw my receipt in the trash at the gas station but called the store several times with no answer. I will go to Popeyes next time. At least I know I will get the correct order. Please do some retraining of the employees.

I went to this KFC right before closing time on August 19, 2015. I was skeptical about going because I read the reviews here on google but it was conveniently located by my house. Long story short, I was very surprised by the great customer service I received. There was a young short girl there, didnt get her name, that had a very bright and loving personality. She was very friendly and polite, unlike most fast food chains in the area. Especially around that time of night. She smiled the whole time and I was very satisfied with her customer service. I would definitely return again.

Horrible!!! It amazes me that this location is always out of something. I went tonight and they did not have any biscuits, dark meat chicken or wedges but wanted to charge me extra because I wanted lemonade... Really??? After I was told they didnt have half the menu, I changed from the family meal to an individual meal. I guess this made the manager mad because then she sucked her teeth and started huffing and puffing. Always an issue but will never return

One of the worst KFCs ever. I wish I would have taken a picture the other night at the drive through..."We are out of chicken strips, legs, thighs and chicken sandwiches. Sorry :( MgMt" I thought it was a joke...nope. Other times, they will be out of ranch, bbq, honey mustard. I have gotten chicken that is soaked (literally in grease)...like they cooked it and just let it sit in a pool of oil afterwards.

I have been here twice now. The first, the drive-thru server was very rude and quick to get my order wrong; acting like she had better things to do. The second, dine-in/carryout and the server was soooo nice to me and my children. The food didnt take any longer to arrive than any other KFC Id been to in the country and was delicious. So, 3 stars for now, all because of the second server.

I liked nothing about it My napkins where thrown messy in there My chicken was Dry They got mad when I asked for a receipt after swiping my credit card Lazy Black workers!!!!!!! Not racists Im black as well but I work hard 2 jobs Never complain If you dont really wanna be there go home! Simple solution

Never have the food you order, constantly giving you wrong items or not all of the items. Poor customer service. Staff is yelling at each other. Need to clean house and get a new team and teach them how to order the right quantities of things and give proper service.

Very happy with my grilled chicken, mash potatos and green beans. It Didnt bother my stomach as it tasted well prepared with no steroids/preservatives. I will be coming back to this location.

Very poor customer service. This is the worst KFC I have gone in four states that I travel frequently. There is always a 10 min wait for hot wings and the other chicken is over cooked.

This KFC is the absolute worst. The facility is dirty, the staff are rude and unprofessional, and the food is suspect. Never again will I eat there!!
