This Chick-fil-A was below expectations in service and taste. The boy taking my order was disconnected and seemed impatient with me. I ordered my sandwich and fries well done so I knew it would take a little longer to make. The food did take longer than others in line, but when I got my food, the fries were not well done and they became soggy within 5 minutes of leaving the store. Additionally, they forgot to salt my fries at all! The sandwich was OK and the Chick-fil-A sauce was the only redeeming factor for the fries. The young man who handed me my food was the best employee there because he actually smiled and seemed to care in that brief moment. Addendum: They got my fries done right this time! Still could work on their cashier personality. Added 1 star to my review.

As the Director of Operations at this location, I need to address in follow up. Mr. Aaron, thank you for informing my staff and I am sorry if you felt you received an attitude when reporting the recent Flag issue. I am sure they were not completely aware it had become an issue at the time of your visit, and they were not able to immediately change to that particular task, however they did make the report. We take great pride in the displaying of this flag and replace it several times during the year to symbolize the respect required when displaying a flag. The hook in the top grommet had worn through and broke in half due to the exertion the wind constantly places upon this very large flag, upon my arrival that morning I replaced the hook.

I havent been to a bad Chick-fil-A before and that does not change with this location. Pleasant staff. Fast service though trying to get into it during lunch or dinner hours is almost impossible with the small parking lot. I love Chick-fil-A sweet tea but at this location it tastes a bit odd. It used to not be this way but recently every visit it has had a bad after taste. I let the staff know but they seem to think its fine.

Its a very clean place to go and the overall dinig experience is very nice a cozy and relaxing place to sit. If u have kids there is a nice playground to keep them busy its always clean in both dinig and playground areas.they have great food and chicken thats real cicken and not scraps. But yes if u want a inexpensive but family oriented or just person friendly place its a good stop.

Called the store this morning because the American flag flying out front was messed up, either through neglect in putting it up, or the weather ripping it. I spoke with the manager and received attitude and a clear lack of caring. I have also had numerous poor customer service experiences at this location. Updating to reflect that they did finally fix the flag.

I never wanted to go to chic fil a because of the fact they only have chicken however now that Ive had the pleasure of experience their cob salad.. I go out of my way to find a chic fil a.. not to mention the awesome service and friendly atmosphere.. oh.. and knowing the reason behind why they are closed on Sunday is really just wonderful.. #CustomerForLife

I have a Chick-fil-a right in my own neighborhood which is the sister store to this one, but this one is totally the best! Always a wonderful greeting by the lovely people that work there. Never have an issue with my order, they always ask if I need any condiments and thank me as I am driving away. It makes me want to come back! Keep up the good work!

Even though the drive through was wrapped around the build and the line inside was to the door, the service was extremely fast and food was hot and fresh. Service was excellent. They brought the food out, refilled our drinks, and took our tray away. Much more service than expected at a fast food or even a quick casual restaurant. Highly recommend.

"Gift card" system was down, couldnt use the chic fil a 1 app that makes you put money on a gift card in order to count points for purchases. Called nymber on reciept to speak to a manager and of course the call couldnt be completed... what a mess! Defeats the purpose of the chic fil a app too. Wont be reloading.
