We had a rather large order that we picked up from the Boston Street location for our sales meeting in Parkville. Unfortunately we had a few items missing from the order. We were surprised when an employee from the Boston Street Panera arrived to our dealership and brought the missing food. We had not even called about it....WOW what amazing service. We did not even use our dealership name and they tracked us down. Very impressed by this amazing and over the top customer service! We will definitely be back! Thank you

I love Panera Bread food! However, this particular shop has not had the products I was looking for each time I visited. Its also a little hard to access from the street as it sits on an intersection without a clear indicator of where to turn for Paneras parking lot. What they did sell was definitely Panera-worthy.

Bought the "you pick 2" and realized Panera charges over $5 dollars for HALF a sandwich and then puts one piece of lunch meat on it. And its not just this location doing this. I used to enjoy Panera but now I find them overpriced and overrated. This location has dirty tables, as well. I wont be returning.

On this visit I noticed that this Panera needed a deep cleaning. The booths, wooden chairs and individual rolling chair were very dirty. I visit Panera frequently and expect them to have higher standards. The food was great but I cant help but wonder if their food preparation area is also lacking.

The food was pretty good, as expected at a panera. The cashiers were pretty great, very helpful, but the manager with the name Stephanie was very disrespectful and had no sense. Doesnt really understand the idea of providing good and mannerable service.

One of my favorite places to eat! I get the frozen Carmel and its definitely better then Starbucks. The food is always great and nice size especially the salads. The chicken noodle soup could use a little more noodles sometimes but its still good

WiFi is a little flakey but otherwise this is a great place to grab a bite and read it just hang out with friends. Same menu as any other Panera but this location sets itself apart with fast and friendly service.

Panera always has healthy options for breakfast lunch, dinner, and catering. This place on Boston Street is very clean all the time, close to I-95, I always have several business meetings at this location.

The service is really good and everyone that works here is very friendly. The cleanliness of this location can do better, had to wipe tables and chairs myself a few times with some tissues before sitting down.

Im usually not impressed with Paneras food as a whole, nothing that this particular one did wrong. I will say the Wild berry Scones are amazing! Anyway the staff is always friendly and the store is kept clean.
