I will never be ordering from this location EVER again. I called, placed my order and everything. I was told my order would take about 45 minutes, cool not a problem. 45 minutes to an hour past, I call and they have no idea who I am. The problem I believe is that where I live isnt in the jurisdiction of their delivery line. Im upset because whoever took my order didnt bother to call me back and tell me...thats UNPROFESSIONAL! you have a person waiting for their order , waiting to eat and possibly tip the driver but you all dont have the decency to let me know. get it together.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered from them an my food can with missing items and my pizza looked like someone sat on it. I called to tell them. They took down my name and said they will comp my meal and all I had to do was call back. Which I did and they acted like I never called. Im truly pissed and will never order from this one or any other one for the matter. ** I spent $51 dollars ** So Im not complaining over no change... Im beyond upset about this matter.. If I was you I would order from any other location then this one.

The most okayest pizza and wings ever. Wings werent even mixed in sauce, they were placed over sauce and I had to bring them home to mix them myself. The bread sticks were made with both cinnamon, garlic and parmesan cheese instead of just the latter two. The guy at the front taking orders can barely speak English. He kept eating his words and we couldnt understand anything he was saying. Overall a pretty poor experience. I wouldnt go here again even if I was paid to.

Horrible customer service! We ordered over an hour and a half ago, just called, they claimed they didnt know what we were talking about, didnt have our order on file, when we had the confirmation number and the bank account was charged! Then "all of the sudden", oh, sorry we delivered it to the wrong address.... really? They didnt offer any sort of compensation for it, and we have to wait another half hour... ugh

I like the new staff thats working here. I had a 50.00 order I waited to see what my food would look like after it was prepared. The cashier was awesome and so was our food. I had to show how thankful I was. With a tip that matched the service.

Odenton, Md, Stood by counter for 10 minute and was ignored. When someone came to counter he said "hold on alright". There was about 7 people working and 3 walking around. No one ever took my order. Im good no pizza hut for me.

Terrible customer service, ordered online and called to change a side and the man on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked him to change my order and he said ok Im changing it bye and hung up immediately.

They normally have a deal going on the staff is nice and there are some chairs to chill in while you are waiting on food as well as a TV so you can watch some sports or news while waiting
