We came in for a late family dinner. We had a party 7. Our waitress Chantelle was amazing! She personally is receiving 10 stars for outstanding service!!! She was pleasant, she was great with her knowledge of the menu & suggestive sales to accommodate everyone for a reasonable price. The manager of the evening was Vance. He gets ZERO STARS! He was extremely rude and his service was unacceptable! We ordered: 2 pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks & 24 boneless chicken wings. My wife and I asked to separate them into 3 flavors. He adamantly opposed & refused. He said he could ONLY do 2 flavors tops...unless I ordered 3 individual 8 counts separately because he didnt have the staff on hand to complete seasoning for 3 different flavors to accommodate everyones taste buds. I asked Vance what would be the difference between seasoning 24 vs (3)8counts??? When in the end it would still equal 24 wings! At that ppint, he reiterated that he only had 1 person in the kitchen. Vance then rudely asked if I wanted 2 flavors or nothing at all. Im not sure if every family is as diverse or large as ours. My wife and I brought along 4 our daughters (11, 9, 7 & 5) and our granddaughter (3) for an evening family dinner. You can imagine the various differences in regards. His attitude, reaction and response completely changed the atmosphere. We were so incredibly disappointed with the interaction! Even our waitress appeared uncomfortable. She was so apologetic for the way he treated us. I honestly dont foresee us visiting the Glen Burnie Pizza Hut again. Good luck to the next large group. Hopefully, the restaurant will not be understaffed when you do... Maybe, Vance will be personable and ready to actually work!

Food good. Service SUCKS! Ordered on wedsite waited time indicated, arrived Mohamed(GM) couldnt find food, asked to wait. My husband sat there for 25-30 min. Finally asked cashier Miranda(shift manager) if food was ready. He said even if you had started cooking it when I came in it would still have been ready by now. Miranda said to him "You looked busy so I wasnt going to interrupt you". My husband responded back with the fact he was wasting time reading on his smart phone while he waited. He threw his hands up, paid & left. Why would anyone in customer service say something like that? Let alone to find out she is a manager! Upon coming home told me what had happened. I asked him why he didnt speak to a manager. I called for the manager & found out who she was & the fact she was also the cashier. She a tone with me about what she had done. I informed her I would be calling a GM, she said he was there. Smartly asked if I wanted to speak to him.Placed me on hold for several mins. Mohamed informed me he have a talk with her but his tone seemed to not care. Short staffed, still not acceptable to treat your customers that way. If they were honest about not havent ready, it wouldnt have been a thing. Not going back! Roccos, Little Italy(Walmart) & Pizza Choice have good pizza! Theres no need to go back to Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut is consistently inconsistent. In the same order you will have pizzas that are perfectly cooked and others that are burnt. Although I usually get the cheese sticks (which have always been good), the last time I got two orders of bread sticks due to the $5 if you order two or more items deal, both were overcooked. I have never had a problem with the pan pizzas, but the other crust options I occasionally get overcooked or burnt. The reason I gave this Pizza Hut three stars is that it has ample inside seating, which is now rare for Pizza Hut. Although the inside is very old and in major need of a complete remodel.

This place is the worst!! Got the dinner box and the cheese sticks ($1 up charge) came out cold but other tables were steamy hot, then waitress microwaved them... Pizza had ten olives even though I asked for extra. Its the chef fault not the waitress for bringing this trash out... Thats what she wanted me to believe. The drinks never got refreshed although she was sweating like she was doing her job. I got$3 off because I refuse to eat microwaved cheese sticks... NEVER again

I had been in this Pizza Hut many times pick up and dine in. Always hit and miss but will not eat here again after dining in my son found hair at the bottom of 2 pizzas we ordered, hairs so long it look as if it was put there on purpose, the waitress was rude kept brining the wrong drinks and she should have had a hair net on. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

visited this location with family and guests, food was good but the staff was lazy/tired as well rude to customers. Counter staff needs tobe taught the manners and Pizza Hut policies. Hate to go again to this location.

It was later in the evening when we went. There were only two tables, ours and another. It still took over 30 minutes to get our food. We had to look for the server to get drink refills and our check.
