Horrible. Just arrived, ordered at 6pm, so an hour and 45 mins later we get the food and its cold. Theres a first and last time for everything. General Tsos chicken was chewy and soggy and lukewarm by the time it arrived. Not understanding the rave reviews. Never had such bad food/bad service combination. Chose this place based on reviews alone, even though I have ordered (and been much happier) going to other local Chinese places. Do yourself a favor, order elsewhere and at least youll be eating within the hour, not waiting an hour and 45 mins for eggrolls soggy from sitting a paper wrapper until cool, soaking up the condensation from the wrapper. Just an absolute disappointment. Most of the time I dont remember the names of the Chinese food places because quality is usually (mostly) consistent. Not this place. It has been burned into my brain as a "No-Go". Also, I was ordering for kids who really like Chinese food, and they wouldnt eat it because it was "all soggy and cold." Out $40 bucks and I still have to find something quick to make for dinner. As disappointing as disappointment can be.

Best Asian food in Pasadena!!! I eat sweet and sour chicken in every Asian Resturant I enter and I judge a Resturant on 3 criteria. The sweet and sour chicken. The hot and sour soup. The egg rolls. I then judge the meals on crispness, sweetness and freshness of ingredients. How does the sweet and sour chicken taste at Key Wok? Awesome, crispy fresh and sweet and sour! The hot and sour soup is hot and sour! It bites the tip of your tongue!! Excellent⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The egg rolls are crispy and cabage is fresh and crisp. This is why this Resturant gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the prices are great. the food quality is even better. ive honestly had different chinese food from all over and around the area from "Lucky House" to "Kings Chef" to "No 1" and none can compare to Key Wok. their service is Quick, Respectful, Polite, Professional, And Delicious. i honestly enjoy their service and food.

I ordered online and it took a while to arrive which wasnt an issue cause i wasnt in a hurry or super hungry. I called in to see if my food was on its way and she was super nice. The food is great :)

Placed an order online. Sat and waited for over an hour till i called. they never received the order. Needless to say I ended up ordering from Pats Select. Maybe next time when the site works.
