My issue for this review is the bad customer service i was given. I eat at Panera bread every so often. Love the food. Tuesday I stopped by just to get a green passion smoothie. When I walked into the cashier isle to order my smoothie there was a co worker who had her back turned to me talking to her fellow co worker who was working the drink & pastry side. With no one ahead of me in line I approached the female and asked her if I could make my order since she was in my way of walking up to the cashier I needed to order from. She then looked at me for a moment, then told me I could order what I wanted from the other cashier area where you order the Sandwiches. I was taken aback and walked there, however there was no cashier ringing anyone up there. A manager later redirected the woman who was working the Drink& Pastry side to ring up my order at the Sandwich order side.I payed for my drink, to then hear that co worker complain about how she diddnt want to make the drink.She then asked another co worker to do it, while talking to the co worker who had her back turned to me.The co worker who was asked to make my drink ended up spilling it in the middle of making it, persuading the cashier who was working the drink&pastry stand to finally make my drink herself, all the while, she was having very loud personal conversations among her co workers without saying a word to me.

Para los españoles de la zona, único lugar donde puedes ir a desayunar tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada o aceite. El pan esta muy bueno y te lo tuestan, aunque también tienen pastelería y bollería. Si hay suerte y te toca un empleado majo te tuestan los croasanes. Cafė decente mezclando el suave y medio. Para almorzar no está tan bien aunque el bocata de pavo con aguacates esta muy rico.

I always used to have a good experience with young workers over there. They were smiling, polite and friendly, until I came today on Veterans Day 11/11/2016 to this restaurant and tried to place my order talking to the cashier, who was an aged black ANGRY WOOMAN. She started to raise her voice on me from the first question I was trying to ask her. I understood that a lot of things affect peoples mood and working for the low wages is not a pleasant experience for a woman that age, but there is some minimum requirements needed even for the low wages positions, and in this kind of restaurant the customer service skills should be # 1 priority. I was offended her attitude. I just had to turn around and walk away. I ended up buying my food in the different restaurant.

Drove 20 minutes on my lunch break just to go to Panera today 7/26/17 - this was the closest location to my office. After waiting in a short line, an older man not in line walked up to the counter adjacent to the next available cash register to get a closer look at the menu board; the cashier - literally 3 feet in front of me asked him if he was ready to order. I walked up to the counter and said, "are you just going to skip me?!?". She looked panicked, but told me to hold on while she finished taking this mans order. I walked straight out.

The food is very good but the coffee sucks. Only hot for about 1 minute and does not taste good. Also, there should be bagles available for people with health concerns Like diabetes. Many seniors should not be eating this stuff. Additionally, there are no discounts to military or veterans. However, there is 50% off everything for police and fireman. I just cant understand that.

Although service was nice and chai tea latte was perfect....I came specifically for a quiet space to do my work and the wifi spotted the whole time. I couldnt access half my sites and when I asked one of the baristas, she recommended I sit on the side of the restaurant closest to AT&T and access their wifi

Very loud and boisterous, cold and wifi service is terrible! Not enough outlets... I usually go to Panera in Corridor at Russett Green, thought Id try something new. (wont go there again!) Panera LAUREL: Fireplace, excellent wifi service, clean, very cozy friendly atmosphere! AND, NICE MUSIC!!

I love panera but this location was very disappointing. Bad customer service to start then a burned sandwich and lumpy, bad tasting broccoli soup. Internet service was too slow to do homework so I had to leave. What a waste of time and money.

Customer service is great, the food is mediocre. Sometmes the sandwiches are messy but I do come here often. Would grab lunch here with a friend but not anything like a family dinner. Vegans and vegetarians would enjoy this place.
