I was in the Crofton area today and for lunch I was thinking "Panera". I saw the sign for Elevation Burger right across the street which piqued my interest. I noticed it was very clean and neat as I walked in, not busy - less than 10 customers and 5 of them was a family at a table - so I felt like I was taking a gamble. I get to the counter and theres this kid - no pimples (like most burger joints) - clean faced - huge huge smile. I said, "Ive never been here before". Neeko (kids name) says, "Ill help you out". He was friendly, courteous and just plain on point with his customer service. We BSd a sec and I got my order very quickly. Usually, places like this intimidate me with all their regular people looking at you like you dont belong, but not here. I ordered a one patty burger with fries and a medium vanilla malt. It took me 20 minutes to get back to work and another 15 before I started eating - phone calls and customers of my own - so my fries were soggy but they were still AMAZING. My burger was DEE_LISH - not soggy, not even a little bit and I had ketchup, mayo and tomatoes! My malt was still thick and absolutely wonderful. Everything was great! I will definitely eat here again, thanks Neeko!

I really like the food here which is a shame because the drink machine is never working. Every single time Ive been to this location the coke machine is out of a lot of drinks or rebooting or you get your drink and its just seltzer. The employees here dont seem to understand how to keep these machines stocked or the manager doesnt care, not sure which, but they seem completely unconcerned when people are complaining. Today I brought my parents here and we ordered our food and 3 fountain drinks - the machine wasnt working and one of the employees came out to fix it. He said to give him a minute and he went back behind the counter and had a conversation with a girl who works there and then cooked our food. We were already finished eating before he came out to look at the machine again. So its a little late since we are ready to go...didnt offer to refund our money or anything. We just left. Whatever. But I probably wont come back to this location.

Went Saturday at 1130. Dead quiet in there. What were they thinking putting it next door to the monstrous red robin? They dont sell bacon anymore, so dont get ur heart set on that. We each got the kids cheese burger. They call it that, but really its the size a regular non American adult would eat. Ingredients were fresh and the cheddar cheese was Amazing. usually when u get cheese, even chedder cheese, u cant taste it. Not so with this place! So good! Friend got the swiss and enjoyed it as well. We two shared an order of fries and at that point we noticed that the ketchup was cold! They actually refrigerate their condiments! The fancy soda machine worked just fine. Would choose it over the red place anytime I can. Quality not quantity.

We went in to try it out, knowing nothing about the place. I got the Elevation Burger with fries and a drink. Burger: Shares a lot with what i like about In N Out burgers. The bun is similar to what they have, and the burgers taste very similar (probably by using unfrozen meat). The burger is a bit too juicy, but was still very good. Fries: I enjoyed them thoroughly. A bit heavy on the salt but otherwise top-tier stuff. Drink: Why review the drink, crazy man? Well, they have one of the soda fountains that allow you to choose modified drinks (like cherry vanilla Coca-Cola). These are awesome. All in all, my wife and i will be trying them out again.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Wife had chicken ceaser salad. Fries were good, except for the excessive amount of oil left on them. Spicy chicken sandwich was over fried, on a cheap bun, lacking condiments, and dry. It was also, not spicy, in the slightest. Chicken ceaser salad was chopped head of lettuce with a dash of parmesan cheese, over grilled and dry chicken, with a packet of Kens ceaser salad dressing. Very unimpressed for the price. Clean facilities, but door knob on mens restroom was broken and wouldnt lock. Would go elsewhere.

I have never seen the place crowded but thought wed give it a try since we got a coupon in the mail and they preached a good for you organic ethic (which I am all about), but when you take an expensive organic beef patty and slap it on the cheapest, preservative piece of blue ribbon bread it completely defeats the purpose. Plus we had to wait 20 minutes and we were the only ones in there. Store also looks very uninviting because it was loaded with empty shelves that seemingly serve no purpose.

I give them 5 stars because they are trying it. The quality of burgers above the regular McDonalds , there is no doubt. But I wish few things were a little different. 1. Bun is too soft, I love when it is crunchy and theirs miss that and too soft and small for their burgers 2. Wish their french fries were not so oily and crunchy as well. 3. Door knob in bathroom is not functioning, couldnt lock it while using Wish this message reaches the management .

Just good stinking burgers.... I mean kinda pricey, but honestly compared to Five Guys $11 is totally fine. Organic, good meat and your choice of toppings. Cant say Ive ever been disappointed here. Veggie burgers are good too! Yep just good burgers. I love their fries, but many people disagree with me lol

Soggy, cold fries and a burger that was missing half the toppings I requested. Ordered online ahead, they recommended ten minutes for the order to be ready, but an hour later I still didnt have my food. I wont be back, many better food options in the area.

Food was great, drink machine was working, no trash and excellent service. I dont think it can get any better than this. Oh, and my kids loved the fries. If you want mass produced, round-up drenched food then I think there is a McDonalds close by.

Poorly run. The place has over flowing trash and they were out of everything. No ice, half the sodas were out, two salads left, and most of the staff stayed in the back goofing off that you could hear throughout the store.

I love elevation burger, the food is delicious, but the service is awful! It is always incredibly slow, my meal takes FOREVER to be made and when I tried calling in an order no one answered and the mailbox was full!

Fresh good food and friendly staff. Their fries should be elevated though. More than once we had lots of tiny small fried pieces (very short fries pieces) that you dont normally enjoy as long French fries

The burger was OK, the fries definitely need some help. It took a while to get my food too. There are plenty of burger places within a quick walk or drive, that Id go to before coming here again.

Tasty, fresh, clean and full of vegetarian options. There is even a vegan burger, if youre not down with eggs or dairy! Friendly, helpful staff as well.
