As a fan of Burger King, I feel very much sorry and terrible about the service that this particular branch offers. So many times, I get burgers so cold enough that I have to reheat them at home. (I usually have drive-through orders) Also, they missed the order items so many times. Today, again, they missed my 2 junior burgers out of total 10 items. When I parked and got inside to ask for the missing burgers, nobody seemed care my approaching to the counter. I understand it could be their busiest time since it was lunch hour, but I couldn’t stay there till lunch hour over to get their attention. After minutes waiting, I almost shouted out my issue to manger-look-like person. While I was asking my missing burgers, he didn’t even pay attention to me in continue of packing other’s orders. Without any response to me at all, finally, he claimed two more burgers to other staff inside, and handed over to me without saying anything. I felt like I was a beggar for free burgers??? Indeed, he was a manger, and gave me a brief apology of 3 words (I am sorry), after I complained the whole issue. I understand it could happen, but too many times in this place. Oh, it could be fun, though; to have poorly wrapped/assembled burgers requiring rearrangement of contents from a Fast Food restaurant like this branch.

If Im going to eat fast burgers, my preference has always been BK over McDonalds any day of the week, and the Whopper is my favorite fast burger. Ive gone to this particular BK at least 10 times/year for the past many years, and overall, its okay. The food has typically been pretty good, or at least as good as fast food burgers are. But the service at this BK is usually in the range of poor to acceptable. During the busy lunch hour, they often have a line to place an order, and despite having 2 registers, only operate one. They typically have extra employees behind the counter, trying to fulfill orders, but usually standing around waiting on the food prep area to make the food. Always seems like they should put more folks in food prep, and less in order fulfillment. Everything moves slowly here. Its not the cleanest dining area, but Im also not grossed out by it, either. There was another fast food place that I walked in, looked around, and just walked out. I want to be able to sit down & eat lunch. If BK is your preferred fast food burger, this place will work for you, but dont expect too much.

Late on Monday evening, I was heading home after a long vacation. I stopped by to get a quick bite for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality that the employees showed. The first ththing I noticed and appreciated was the kind manner and the attention to detail provided by the greeter at the drive thru intercom, she had a soothing demeanor. Unfortunately, I dont remember her name. Next, I was greeted by a sweet, blonde young lady at the drive thru window who was very upbeat and who seemed to really enjoy her job and did not act as though she didnt want to be there. Overall they provided excellent customer service and a hot meal that was given in a timely manner; Especially for the time of night I had stopped.

Holy cow what a rude "hourly shift leader" or whatever her title was. Her demeanor was like out of a sit com. So rude that anyone would be able to pick up on it. Wanted to make sure you knew she didnt want to be there or wait on you. Eye rolls, huffy, foot tapping. Mind you we were the only people there. Not busy at all. Just grumpy. Ordered lunch at 1030 ... She was all but furious. Food was fine

Worst Burger King in America. The inside was so dirty and floor was wet. As travelers from Maryland, we were hungry. .but we had to trash our food!! The meat in our burger was stale and tasted bad! Im so disappointed I left in a hurry...waste of money! We had to go somewhere else. Avoid lest you want food poisoning. ..very bad sanitation

Im very upset with the service given.My burger was so cold that I had to reheat it or risk getting chills.I may never go back for a burger again.It took them about 45 minutes to get me my burger.I suggest not going there for lunch EVER!

This place was the worst Burger King Ive ever been to. Drive thru was extremely slow, food was cold, service was poor. Management needs to do replace everybody. Drive-thru line wrapped around the building for over 15 minutes. Terrible.

Visited late at night half way through a seven hour drive. Ordered six double cheeseburgers for myself and my two dogs. Burgers were good, dogs loved them as well. Good large grassy area for the dogs to do their business in.

Staff is always friendly and prompt. Food is mediocre, its always hot and prepared the way its supposed to, just fast food at its finest. Bathrooms and dining rooms are clean and condiments and cups are stocked accordingly.

why cant i leave zero feedback i went there around 8 pm tonight they weren;t busy and i stood in front a cash register for a little over 8 minutes with no one taking my order. absolutely ridiculous i walked out

Food came out fast and reasonably on time. Customers complained about price of food on receipt adding up. Staff calmly explained the situation and made it clear why the total price was the total price.

The burger was ok. I went in for a snack. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, no cheese. I was given the bag & left the store. Down the road I find it is 2 singles. Sadly, no reciept. Bummed.
