Service was awful. Slow Slow Slow. Table was greasy. I asked waiter to please wipe again , then asked Mananger because she forgot 10 min later . Another waiter came out with a greasy visibly dirty towel and still the was table greasy. I had to ask for a towel to dry table off . We ended up putting napkins down on table. Should have left but my 10 yr old son picked the place. By the way he mentioned the greasy table first. We were asked right after GREASY table incident if we would like napkins And utensils!!! My response " no well just use our fingers" Now Im pissed and food comes and my son does not finnish the grill cheese. He said it wasnt very good. How can anyone make a bad grill cheese? I also noticed the very slow service all around me, we were not alone. Needless to say I did not leave a tip. Heath department should pay a visit as I witnessed manager wipe another table down with dirty rag.

So, we just moved to the Waugh Chapel area. We used to go to the Red Robin in Columbia and it was always wonderful. Yesterday, we tried Red Robin at Waugh Chapel, we did see the negative service reviews, but knowing the history of RR we figured we would try for ourselves. Our server, JohnP, was on point! Friendly, engaging, pleasant, and very attentive. The manager on duty was involved in the table service as well. The food was good as always. The service was def. excellent. The only issue was signing up for the loyalty program online. That has nothing to do with the store, but my sign up would not submit no matter how many times I tried. We will def. be back.

We have visited this location a number of times with mostly adequate results. The last time we went we ordered their donut dessert and when it came it was very salty. We told them that they were covered in salt. They took them back and brought another batch with the same result. Only then did they check their sugar shaker and discovered someone had filled it with salt. At this point our kids were out of patience so we never did get to try the new dessert (we were not charged for dessert as a result of the problem). Hoping this is a one time issue and we can get back to good experiences.

Asked for outdoor seating, was told they werent seating for outside and that wed have to wait for a seat inside. While we waited, a family came in and asked for outdoor seating and they were told it would be a 5 minute wait for it - which is strange because we were told they wouldnt seat us outside. When we finally got a seat, inside, it took 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. The food was less than stellar, too. I love Red Robin, but this particular one you should avoid. The service here is horrendous.

The only bottomless fries there are is the bottomless tin that they come in. Their boneless wings are not impressive you can get 10 for a dollar fifty at Burger King that are the same size and they call them nuggets. Picture I posted is what we received and the sauce wasnt even on half of them. Not young and dumb enough for this place

Great food at a great price. This Waugh chapel location always provides friendly servers and fast service. The food always arrives exactly as you specify, and drink cups are almost never empty before servers come around to bring you a refill. This location is always kept clean, and they bring more fries very frequently.

They took our names and have sat everybody after us. They told us we couldnt sit at the bar because its "too full," but theres literally 2 people at the bar. 9 open tables surrounding the bar, but they apparently have a 30 minute wait. Unless youre us, then 20-30 turns into 40-50. Way to go

We were seated but nobody came to ask for our drinks or anything. The place wasnt busy at all and the waiters noticed us but never came. Maybe it was because we were an interracial couple? Who knows. We waited a good 20 mins waiting for someone to take our order before we left.

10 people there at 2 in the afternoon and it took 45 minutes to get food. Waitress didnt come and refill drinks or ask if anything was needed until half an hour after we had food. Service. Was. Terrible. Food was mediocre at best.

Slow!!! Underprepared!!! Had to ask for appetizer and it was delivered without plates. All the waitress said is "were out of plates." I had to suggest that she bring different plates. Dont waste your time or your money.

It took 35 min to be served cold coffee! I do not think I have ever had all four parties at the table get their meal wrong. And the restaurant was dirty. Even the manager bypassed our table when he was walking around.
