Saturday evening, just the winding down time, restaurant was not busy any more, we were seated immediately. Server really awful, three little boys, two adults. The boys ordered from the childrens menu, everything OK except, the macaroni and cheese, which my grandson would not even put into his mouth. It was so dry and crusty and sticky that almost the whole plate of macaroni was on his fork. He began to cry, he was tired and hungry, and we had waited quite a while for our food. Server was no where in sight, I got up and an assistant manager noticed I was standing where the servers gather and being ignored, she asked if I had a problem, I explained, she immediately got him pizza. Server never apologized, and never took the macaroni and cheese off the bill. Keep in mind three tired little boys, we asked our server if we could get another video game, she said NO, and when I noticed I was charged 1.99 I started to wonder, whats going on at Red Robin? Im willing to pay, and youre telling me NO. Amazing, thank God, everyone else enjoyed their food, as usual. I do doubt if we will return to the Hershey Red Robin in the future.

Great day shopping at the outlets but what a terrible way to end it. We were a party of 8 that waited 25 minutes. Just as they seat us they say "you dont mind 2 tables back to back"...I guess we dont have a choice. Nice to have informed us that would happen when we asked to sit together. Then we have to beg for fries while we wait for our food (you know endless fries). Then they mess up my 5 year old daughter order of corn dogs so the youngest at our table had to wait. Thanks guys!! Then my niece asked for a burger with guacamole. They bring her burger out without it and she has to ask where it is. They say we dont have any left. They dont tell her before she notices and dont make it up to her. Then when we leave and the young server, tall with glasses blows through the door making my daughter (5 year old) wait as he pushes through. Overall a very poor experience. Waitress thought she was great but below avg. Never followed up on her promises without being asked several times. We went this past Sunday August 7th.

When my daughter and I were done at the park we headed to Red Robin for some dinner. I felt bad because it was 945 and they close at 11. The staff was still very friendly and not pushy at all. Our waitresses name was Amy. She was so sweet and went above and beyond. I have had 2 brain surgeries in the last two years and sometimes I get forgetful. I left my wallet out in the car. To begin with I felt really dumb and I didnt want to have to drag my 3 year old in and out. Amy sat with my little girl until I ran out and came back in!!!! I couldnt thank her enough. Then when I went to pay the bill she was like d ont worry about it. I was so grateful. Of course I had no cash on me but they were able to still give a tip through my card. If I would have had to i would have went to the atm and brought her something back. Amy....thank you again. You will never know how much you made my night and made me realize there are still good people out there!! :)

HORRIBLE - After a long day at Hershey park we headed to this restaurant for dinner before we started our trip back to New Jersey. First of all, the air conditioner was barely working, when we mentioned it to the waitress she said they werent sure what was wrong. We ordered drinks and food all at once because we were in a hurry. Half an hour passes and we see that the table behind us had just gotten their food (we sat down right after them and ordered at the same time), so we figured ours shouldnt be too far behind. Another 20 mins passes, nothing. Another ten and my father finally decided to investigate. They said three out of four burgers were done and they were waiting on the last. 1 hour and 10 minutes after being seated, we finally got our food. Well those tree out of four burgers that were done first came out room temp-cold. Who knows how long they had been sitting. Long story short, I will not be visiting this location ever again.

This location has two entrance doors and an employee was at one of them taking names for the table wait list. Everyone (myself included) that came in the other door didnt see this person and ended up walking right up to the front desk only to be told to go back outside and find this person. Of course, by then 3+ parties that were behind me were now in front of me. I watched customer after customer go through the same thing. It was well intentioned, but given the layout of the restaurant, it was a mistake to do it this way. Food was cold and service was exceptionally slow. By the time our additional fries and another round of drinks came, we were all done with our meals and ready to leave.

It started when we walked in. Hostess stood there and looked at me and made me speak first. Greeters should greet people. We had our 2 year old grandson with us and ordered Mac and cheese. There was so much steam coming from it, I had to add ice to cool it down enough to eat. I spoke to the manager who agreed it was too hot for a child but never apologized. That could have turned into a McDonalds coffee moment. The sweet potato fries were cold. The waitress brought hot ones but never apologized, just asked if I wanted some that werent cold. Service at our home restaurant is far better.

Some of the best burgers you can get. They better be; considering the price. And their onion rings are superb. But when I was there with a group I ordered my burger medium; another guy ordered medium rare. His burger came out noticeably more well done than mine. Also the service is mediocre; our server barely gave us a chance to ask for more bottomless fries. Then the suggested tip is 20 to 25%. Really? Suggesting a generous tip for mediocre service seems in poor taste to me. Finally, I was charged for an extra $9 of food that I never ordered or saw. So watch them!

Had to wait about fifteen minutes for a table when the other tables for six were available . Busing tables was very slow. When they finally cleared a table, the seats were left wet an we had to dry them ourselves. Orders were taken quickly but food took forever to get. Fries on two plates were cold and also sparse. Had to re order fries. The restaurant was pretty empty. What would it be like with crowds of customers? Bathrooms were not maintained. Dirty urinals and floors.. Not what we expected. Have visited other Red Robin which had none of these issues?

OMG! let me just say! the whole experience was great! i walked in, greeted by gorgeous hostess staff, a girl named Tori, she was so pleasant to be around. The waitress was a woman, she was pretty nice herself, seemed impatient, but kept it hidden from the customers pretty well. as i was leaving i ran into the hostess Tori again talking to what i assumed one of her friends, or just casual dark-haired associate, and they both stopped to even dismiss me with over-excited pleasantry! Will definitely be returning VERY soon
