Probably my favorite Burger King of all time and location. Just went through the drive-through, tossed the kid a couple of customizations with the order, then shot a few questions at him when I got to the window. The Ultimate in courtesy and professionalism. He handled my questions, packed my order perfectly, and did everything with a smile in his voice and on his face. And I use the word "kid" not to be derogatory: this was not a seasoned adult, but rather a younger employee who handled himself as good as or even better than many adults that I have to deal with. I actually find myself recommending this Burger King to family and friends, and will continue to do so.

This place was filthy, the GM was running the front register and was not friendly or thankful his restaurant had customers. They had no cups available for ketchup, the straws were all wet. The unsweetened ice tea was empty and the sweetened ice tea wasnt even sweetened. The cheeseburger only came with ketchup and pickles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND HOPE THE COMPANY TAKES THIS RESTAURANT OVER FROM THIS GM PLEASE. FORCED TO GIVE ONE STAR EVEN THOUGH IT DESERVES NO STARS!!!

This Burger King is so slow, and so bad that they dont even deserve one star. Ive been here 6 times, each visit swearing it will be my last. Not only does the drive through average a time of 25 -45 minuets during their slow times, but upon pulling up to the window, the food is typically wrong, the employees are rude, and the food received taste bad. The cashiers also do not give the correct change when you pay cash. I advise you to eat anywhere besides here in shrewsbury.

Just stood there for over 20 minutes without anyone taking my order with only 2 other cars in the parking lot, they finally ask if they could help me when they seen me walking to the door told him to forget it and took my business up on the hill, the manager looked like some tattooed crack addict and thats not the first time for piss poor service

Although Im no fan of burger King burgers. A friend suggested the pancakes. They were indeed good in conjunction with cracker barrel real maple syrup. I must say the store is immaculately cleaned from what I see from this side of the counter. Attendants were super friendly and I could see the team spirit at work. This was 0900 crew.

This place is a disappointment. Today went in around 10:30 am. No one would wait on us, never came to the counter. We waited at least five minutes than left. Trips before have included cold food, water in the ketchup pumper thing and slow service. I so looked forward to this Burger King, just disappointed

I can only speak to breakfast as I havent been there for lunch. Very slow, which I would be fine with if that meant my food was fresh and my order was right. Both times my order was wrong and my food was cold. Chick-fil-a isnt far from here, go there instead.

We visit Burger King periodically for a quick "hunger satisfy fix". There food is always fresh and hot. Friendly employees and very clean restaurant. My husband visits more often then I do because I have a problem with fast food digestion.

The food is fresh and delicious, but what really shines here is the service. It doesnt matter what time of the day, there is always a friendly face ready to assist you with your order. This is the best BK around!
