I dont get to eat here nearly as much as Id like. The place is not cheap, as youll pay $9-$10 for a burger, but its well worth it. I just cant afford to eat there all the time. I highly recommend the A-1 Peppercorn Burger, or the Mushroom Swiss burger. Its one of the few remaining places these days that will cook your burger the way you like it, and in my case, thats medium rare. Youll also get all-you-can-eat fries with any burger, which are also delicious. You might want to try some of their "seasoning" on the fries, although that might be a bit too salty for some people. As for beverages, you cant go wrong with the "freckled lemonade", which is lemonade with pieces of strawberry in it. Its delicious, and you also get free refills. Unfortunately, Ive never tried any of their other entrees, simply because when Im presented with an A-1 Peppercorn Burger, I just cant turn it down!

The food was okay. The signature sauce (im assuming) that came on the dife with both our meals was more exciting than my plate. The milkshake machine kept hasnt problems and it was rebooted several times while there so I gave up on wanting that. Service was minimal. We saw our server more when we first arrived trying to get settled than once we ordered. He offered lemon with my water but then brought it when we final did get the H2O. Forget my Frickled Lemonade, when I asked about when the drink was arriving, he looked confused. Mind you, we watched him right it down. Not in a hurry to come back. Was super hungry and in the area, so I said why not....

This Red Robin location has some good things going for it and some not so good things going for it. The food was quite good, including the large bacon cheeseburger that I had and the unlimited steak fries which are always delicious especially when paired with their homemade seasoning salt. However, the staff wasnt exactly up to par this day. The service was a little on the slow side and I cannot say it was only because they were busy, because it did seem like our waiter wasnt exactly on his game.

we love Red Robin. Just never returning to this one. Went for lunch at 11:30am. Very early. The bathrooms smelled like urine, the menus were absolutely discusting, covered in filth from the past X amount of days, the windows by the booths had smudges and finger prints everywhere. I am sure that we were one of the first few people there. The place needs a deep cleaning. As soon as we got home both of us were on the toilet the rest of the afternoon. This place was out dated and disgusting.

I went to red robins in Towson MD and had one of the worst experiences. The establishment couldnt serve alcohol to my friends who had just turned twenty one. And to make matters worse the fire alarm went off and they couldnt turn it off until 15 minutes later, as they were forced to wait for the fire department. The managers did not come out and apologize, nor did they seem to care about the discomfort of their clients and everyones ears-both the cooks, waiters, and customers.

The food is excellent, prices are reasonable, and there is a lot of variety on the menu if youre looking for a burger. They are mostly known for burgers but there are a couple choices with chicken and fish. This is not a great place for a vegetarian. It is family friendly. We have been there and handful of times and servers are always good. It can be busy during peak times and holidays. When the restaurant was mostly full our food still came quickly.

Have been coming here for a while now and always enjoyed the clam chowder, but it has changed and is no longer thick and creamy! The last couple of times Ive had to send it back because it wasnt hot and was very watery!!! You no longer get the nice little pieces of garlic bread with it either. What has happened? I will no longer be getting the clam chowder and wont be recommending it to others. It used to be one of the best chowders.

I generally dont like chain restaurants. Red Robin is the chainiest of chains. Their burgers are ok. I cant stand steak fries, theres are merely ok. However, the onion rings they make are spectacular. Also the Towson location is good post or pre suburban hellstorm shopping. I have no problem relaxing from suburban soccer moms cutting you off in target with onions rings and a tall beer.

This place used to be our once a week place. We knew the staff by name and the managers too. They also USED to do bottomless baskets of fries for appetizers and bottomless pasta (spaghetti and Mac and cheese) for kids. All of that is gone, and the new layout and lighting makes the place overcrowded and like a large cafeteria. The table next to you is almost on you.

They have improved their customer service since the last time I was here. The manager Chris made sure that our meals came on time. Chris also personally brought new fries when one of the other people with me found a hair in her fires. As long as the customer service stays on the same level as the food, I will definitely come back.

Dislike it. Dust is everywhere. Mentioned the dust to my waiter and her only response was she doesnt work nights. Smh. Dont waste your money nor time. Im beyond disappointed. Wont ever come back again. Burgers are smaller than McDonalds. And the bottomless fries is another waste. This place was way better when they first opened.

There can be a bit of a wait here, if you dont want to sit in the bar area. Other than that, this is a great place to eat. The food is always good and the wait staff are super attentive. They have tablets on the table so you can order when you want and pay the check when youre ready. Its really easy and convenient.

The burger was good but very expensive and the all you can eat fries were a joke. They give you a small amount and then you have to harass the server to get you more. When we asked, our server pointed out that we didnt finish the ones we had. Will not go back. Go with Five Guys, it is much better.

Server forgot the appetizer. Coffee was lukewarm. Fries were lukewarm to cold. Server never came by to ask if things were OK or if we wanted anything else (like a refill of coffee). Actual food not bad. Well give this place another try and see how it goes.

The food was good. I tried the chicken & waffle sandwich and it was delicious. However, the service was not. It started off with a rude hostess. The manager apologized but then the waitress got some of the order wrong, three times.

Its a decent burger. They grind on site so out can order any temperature you want. The bottomless fries is a pretty great deal if youre really hungry. Beer selection could use some work. Pretty good milkshakes.
