Good place to hang out for an hour sipping wine. We love the inside window seat where you have a view of market street. Although a bit pricey, the selection of wine is decent. Choose from the automated system or order by the glass at the bar where they serve beer as well. The cheese plate is decent enough for two and the music is soothing and easy to listen to. Have been a customer here at least 4 times and every visit is great.

Love, love, love, this place! Ill drive 45 mins to Frederick just to catch a drink here! So many great memories already! I love Melbec and Vini never disaponts! The cheesecake was just amazing! All my friends that I introduced to Vini have fell in love as well! The place is clean and trendy!

Went in with high expectations thinking what a good location. Left not impressed. Wine selection was ok and food we ordered was mediocre at the most. Very expensive for what you get. Ive been to many better wine bars than this one. Very disappointing.

Too expensive for the quality of food and drinks provided. Met the owner, who was very obviously drunk, she was not helpful or knowledgeable. Staff was nice but seemed over worked. There are much better places in Downtown Frederick that I would suggest trying.

Usually a good experience. The Jazz Band they had in there was great but Paul Wilson was at the bar listening to his group, not at the drums. They should move the band to the back corner and include the drummer. Tone it down a bit and it would work just fine.

Vini Culture has a great atmosphere, a modern design, good food, and the staff are always very friendly. The beer selection on tap is always unique, so even if youre not a huge wine fan, they will definitely have something you can enjoy.

Awesome place! Very innovative wine bar. Fantastic selection of wine, beer and cocktails... and the food is amazing! A definite must stop when in Frederick. Plus they host some of the best live Jazz in the area.

Really think 2 1/2 stars but service at the bar. . . The employee was moving around and was operating right in front of us. We asked a question about the cards for the self serve and he had to be asked twice.

Food was good, but small portions. Dessert was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. Wine tasting set up works well for someone like myself who isnt always sure what kinds of wine they like.

This place is awesomeeeeeeee! Wine Ice cream.. I mean? I shouldnt have to say more. But our bartender, Sophie was super sweet and knowledgeable making our time very enjoyable!

Wine is a bit expensive. Wish there wad a wider selection of white wines. If you orde r food be prepared to wait and wait, even if it is just a cheese plate.

Really cool concept; they have robotic wine dispensers and you use a chipped card to draw funds from a pre-loaded amount of money.
