Went to this restaurant for the first time to take father in law to dinner. the drinks especially the strawberry martini was amazing. the food tasted so fresh and cooked as ordered. I am not one to generally write a review but this restaurant provided first class service all the way. My toddler daughter got really sick in the restaurant and stephen the manager quickly responded with genuine care and concern. she puked all over my husband and he graciously gave them each a clean shirt. he had our dinner rushed and boxed as well as had the soiled area cleared immediately. The staff was amazing but I think that comes from the amazing leadership and customer service skills of the manager stephen Cunningham. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....

Was in there on New Years Eve for a 5:30 reservation. Arrived about 10 minutes early and the place was jammed. They had taken too many reservations! Was told it would be about 10 minutes to be seated. Later heard the staff told that to everyone.....total BS. A half hour later, not seated yet. At about 40 minutes noticed some folks who arrived a few minutes earlier were being seated. I asked the Maitred whats up with that? He said they had a 5:15 reservation. It was almost 6PM and they were 45 minutes late. But people who arrived on time were still made to wait. Thats not right. Its not the 1st time I noticed they dont really know how to run a restaurant. Wont be going again

We eat at the Ashburn Bonefish several times a month. The place is loaded with friendly people(customers) and the staff is GREAT. The food is outstanding, my favorite is the trout. The proprietor is a breath of fresh air! He greets people as they come in, walks around and chats with all the customers to find out how they enjoyed their dinner and says good bye, thanks for coming in, when you leave. This Bonefish is so much nicer than the other ones I have been to. GREAT JOB Ashburn Bonefish. Im one of your biggest fans! p.s. Dave is the best ever bar person.

This place is always packed so I finally got around to calling ahead and making reservations for my wife and I. I will say the seafood was excellent and I have no complaints about that. The environment was not quiet and the seem to compact the tables closer than I think they should making it a challenge to maneuver around other people getting in and out. The establishment is a little pricey. Its hard to say if I would not just recommend going to Fords Fish shack instead. They are just as crowded but I feel like the experience is more personable than Bonefish.

Had my 14th wedding anniversary today at bonefish grill with my hubby. Our waiter caught wind of our conversation and out comes two glasses of champagne and a cream brulé.....on the house. Wait for it......with a beautiful stencil statement in fun Cinnamon powder that says " happy anniversary". Food, service, and atmosphere on point! It is now my pitstop for a "trip down memory lane." Thanks for your devotion to your foodies.

I just recently requested to go to Bone Fish Restaurant for my birthday and was taken by my family. We enjoyed a great and delicious dinner. Our waitress Kirsten and the manager Diego were very accommodating to our needs and welcomed us very warmly. It was for my birthday celebration and my family, a very pleasurable experience that I will always remember and certainly go back for future dinner experience. Thank you.

I had the nicest server. I had gone there for dinner with my daughter after work one evening and really enjoyed the service our waiter gave us. He was knowledgeable and kind. Our food came out quickly and he kept our drinks refilled, so I give him big points for this. I cant remember his name but I do remember him saying he had a little girl. I will be returning because you cant go wrong with Bonefish Grill.

the service was great.we wend there Wednesday and as usual the place was packed ( everyone wants bang bang shrimp) so we had to wait nearly 2 hours not to mention it was my coworkers birthday and we had already made reservations. but the manager made up for it by bringing us lots of free bang bang shrimp which show the high level of their service...I totally recommend it

Quite frankly I was stunned by how terrible the entire experience was. From the wait, to the stale bread, to the complete lack of service, this was the first time I simply requested my food boxed so I could eat at home in peace. Im a bonefish fan, but this was nails on chalkboard.

This is a great place to go for birthdays if you dont like people singing at you! My husband told our server that we were celebrating my birthday and he brought out a lovely creme brulee and a card signed by the staff. It was wonderful! And the food was delicious as always! :)

Great experience during National Lobster day. Justin E our waiter was very professional and diligent. Really enjoy the experience. Maybe add some R&B music to the selection. Jill Scott would have went well with the lobster dinner. =)

Bonefish is a place that serves good food at a fair price. Honestly it feels like I should be paying more, but Im not complaining. I do recommend a reservation because it can get packed in the evenings at dinner time.

The hooked on Tuesday special was great with the salad, entree, and dessert. No a bad price at all. Our server Nathan was very attentive to our larger group full of March birthdays. Will definitely be back!

I cant comment on the servers during the evening hours, but I can tell you that management there was inflexible and unhelpful. We wont be back.
