I cant comment on what this place is like after hours because I only grabbed lunch there. Maybe its a great place to just hang out as far as night life goes but the food was disgusting. For the same price Ive paid in Puerto Rico for the same dish, it should have tasted somewhat similar. Stay away from the Monfongo. It was horrible. The shrimp wasnt seasoned and tasted like sea water. The garlic "sauce" was way too runny and the rest just tasted OLD/spoiled if thats even possible. I should have known to cancel my order when there were 0 customers there on a Saturday afternoon. Never again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE THE MOST HORRIFICALLY WORST IVE EVER HAD. WE WENT FOR THE ADVERTISED LUNCH SPECIAL AND WERE CHARGED FULL PRICE BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR MENUS AND ALSO CHARGED FOR WATER??? ONCE WE HAD PAID FOR LUNCH, UNWILLINIG, WE WERE THEN TOLD THAT THE COOK WAS ILL AND VOMITING BUT CAME IN ANYWAY!!! OMG BELIEVE ME YOU CANT MAKE THIS S*** UP!! I REPEAT STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! ABSOLUTELY NEGITIVE STARS FOR THIS PLACE BUT TO POST ONE HAS TO BE GIVEN..MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS CHARGE!!!

They said they open at 10:30 in the web also told me personally they open at 12 on week days. THAT NEVER HAPPENS!! They never open during the day! dying for lunch and cant even get latin food.

Dj was great! musics flowing... bar is a total 0 cant make a drink and get upset when you ask for it to be fixed i could probably get a better drink from a mechanic shop
