Visiting in peak times for the restaurant we already expect a longer wait. We are in the restaurant industry so we totally get it and are fully prepared to wait. But we were highly disappointed that we got food that was cold, it got sent out reheated and then the manager nor the server followed up to check on us. We were not expecting a free meal, just a meal. My party did observe the manager checking on guests around our table but not once did he check on us. We did complain EXTREMELY hesitantly at the end of the meal, mind you, we are fully aware of the stereotype and expectation of my ethnicity eating out, so we did it anyways, just so the situation could be rectified because we did not eat the meal and were charged twice for it. We were going to pay for it until we were charged twice. I understand computer glitch, and it will come off, but it was again the server relaying information to us which should have been left to the manager. So we did ask for a manager and the manager blamed us for not communicating that we were dissatisfied with our food. We were never checked on, never got refills, which we let slide, we work in the industry so we get it. But the manager was extremely short, disrespectful and antagonizing. We get it, youre busy, but because one table got wine and we didnt. Dont exclude us from your management responsibilities. The food we know is good, server was busy so we didnt get much interaction but was trying her hardest to keep up with everyone. So for all the guest checking on the review, dont visit at peak times, youll be disappointed and potentially ignored because of your ethnicity.

Beware!! Stay away from this restaurant! The front door service is HORRIBLE!! On Dec. 7, 2016, when I arrived at this restaurant around 5:30pm, there was already another couple waiting to be seated. The 3 of us waited about 10 mins. before the bartender came to greet us. He seated the first couple and I thought he is coming back to seat me. Wrong! He never did. I saw him go back to the bar area and once I saw him looked at me standing there, but he did nothing. Finally a waitress came to me and I told her I wanted to see the manager immediately. I explained to the manager how long I had been standing there waiting to be seated and how the bartender ignored me. The manager weakly apologized and said she would speak to him. She said the front door hostess was running late and that was why nobody was being seated in a timely manner. I said that was no excuse for what the bartender did and the restaurant was not that busy that people were kept waiting so long to be seated. She seated me and I expected her to say that my dinner would be free, but she did not. On top of that the table service was poor, also. The service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. I asked for butter, and it was brought to me at the end of my meal. As I said in the beginning, Do Not Go to this restaurant. Clearly, the manager needs to find another occupation as she has no business begin a restaurant manager!! If I could report her to her superior, I will!

My wife and I visited this restaurant and were unimpressed. The atmosphere was ok, everything looked good and it was not too loud or anything (we were not visiting at peak hours), but that was about all that was good. The bartender did not know much about wine at all and the selection was large, but not very good for the red wine which we like. We purchased a bottle at the bartenders suggestion and it was very jammy and sweet, nothing most red wine fans like. The food came and cemented the bad experience. My meal tasted as if the sauce was ragu and the sausage was microwaved and quickly cut up and mixed into the pasta. My wifes meal was a vegetarian meal which described 5-6 different vegetables, and she received a tiny portion of each along with a lot of pasta and bad sauce. You could easily tell nothing was fresh at all. Everything came from a can. Thats ok unless you are charging $18 a meal for it. Dont let the pictures and advertising deceive you like it did us.

Nice decor, okay food, moderate prices, horrible service. Aside from overcharging for the appetizers, they really ticked me off with the service. I ordered espresso and they served it without sugar or spoons. I tried the espresso to be 100% certain I wanted sugar and I really really needed sugar. I gestured repeatedly to the waitress to request sugar and a spoon, and she just ignored me. It took about 10 minutes to get sugar, and by then, the espresso was totally cold. At that point, a real waitress would offer to get me a fresh cup, but she didnt. At $4 a cup, they would not have gone broke by making a fresh cup, but I guess it was too much trouble. My date said that at her restaurant, theyd fire waitstaff like that. They overcharged us for the appetizers and had such a rude attitude I never mentioned the espresso because I already told them I wasnt happy. On the other hand, the location is nice and I liked the decor.

Very disappointed about my daughters graduation dinner. Price per person for the party include all taxes, but surprise the bill, after a very mediocre Italian food, came with all taxes and even one more that I had never find in any restaurant around the world. They even argued trying to justify them as an impossible mission to accomplish to set the bill back, hopeful they did, but I am concience that wasnt their initial intention. Sorry for been so expecific but is not fair to go back to a written agreement. I will rather prefer been going to some other place, not good food, unreasonable to ask us to set a food menu for your only convinence, not a good food at all, not setting the Prosseco temperature right even though i stopped by the restaurant one and a half hour early to choose it and clarify the need of cool 3 bottles down.

I was taken out to dinner, and I chose Travinia to celebrate my birthday. Nice layout and it is nicely decorated. The service was slow. It took entirely too long to get our drinks and she didnt check enough throughout our dinner to see if we needed anything. When my dinner arrived it appeared to have sat under a warming light. The seafood was over cooked as was the pasta. I asked my wife was I supposed to have chicken in the dish. She said it was fish. Not good. They did remove it from the bill, and Ill give them credit for that. I would have preferred a delicious dinner. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals. I doubt Ill be back. There are many other nice Italian restaurants I know I can count on.

We went here for our aniversary the other afternoon. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our drinks and another 20 to order. Our food came another 30 minutes or so later. My order was incorrect. The server came back halfway through the meal and I showed her that order was missing some of the ingredients. She took it back to the kitchen and brought me another one that was burned. Never once did a manager come over. The menu is different now, the quality of the ingredients is different and the portion size is different as well. Just plain disappointing. It is not the same place that is was a year ago when we met there.
