I just left this branch of Buffalo Wild Wings. Typical Saturday night. The restaurant was not packed and many open tables and seats near the bar. I sat at the bar. The service from the staff was slow to come over to me. Rather busy chatting with the other group next to me. Took me several minutes to place my drink order and another five or so to get my drink. Bartender took my food order without and issue, though she forgot the size of the wings I ordered between my seat and the computer. Service still seemed rather slow, I know a full period in the hockey game passed before I got my wings and fries. The fries werent bad when the came out. The wings were cold. I bit into on of them and it felt frozen in the middle still. I moved the wings to the end of the counter for the bartender to see. It only took about ten minutes for the girl to come over and check up on me. The other group again seemed to be a higher priority. I sent the wings back and requested to talk to the manager. My wings came back maybe ten minutes later. I saw who appeared to be a manager walk over and talk to the bartender, but never to me. I waited around for another ten minutes to finish my beer and hopefully see a manager but he never came over. Overall I was surprised at the lack of service in the restaurant. The staff is not friendly. The food was overpriced. 21$ for small wings, a small beer, and small fries. Ive been to many other branches and have never been disappointed with the food or service. I will not be returning here.

It was after lunch and the store was slow, but it still took about five minutes to get greeted. By the time the server arrived, we were ready to order. Ordered a kids burger, wings, and the Southwest Sampler. It took about 25 minutes to get food. Other tables came in, ordered, and got their food before we did. When it arrived, the wings and burger were hot enough, but the sampler was room temperature. The chicken in the tacos tasted like they spent too much time in the microwave and was chewy instead of tender. The chili on the nachos was similar to Hormel canned in flavor, and the quesadillas were made with cheese sauce instead of just cheese (my fault there, I should have paid closer attention to what I was ordering but the picture was nice). In all, I could have saved money and gotten better food at McDonalds. Will not return to this location.

Usually BDubs are very fast especially if you call in. I havent had problems with mix up as Im pretty simple when it comes to my orders (lemon pepper and mediums). I called an order in for 20 wings and 10 lemon pepper at 8:00 and briefed me of a 20mn prep. PERFECT! I arrived and paid after line at 8:26 and currently just leaving. It is currently 9:05! Just to find out that 25mn of my time there was waiting on absolutely nothing as my order was just sitting in the heater! We stood close and never heard the name for the order. Highly upset about this experience. Cmon BDubs, you usually are my go to! Hope this doesnt happen to another. Sad BDubs Fan Dontre Fitzhugh

Terrible and careless service. My boyfriend has a severe peanut and shellfish allergy, a fact that both he and I pointed out to our server. The initial food that was brought out was not ours, or even close. After sending it back, the SECOND time was still wrong. I saw the order was wrong before it was placed down, but our server would then disappear for 15 minutes, not checking if what she gave us was accurate or written down. We both became nervous but were continuously reassured that our food would be safe for him to eat. Needless to say he had a reaction and became extremely ill. We will not be coming back again, nor will we recommend it.

BWW is a hit an miss. This one even more so. It really depends on the time of day you come. I hate the larger crowds so I try to stay away during peak times on the weekends. I came during a busy time and had a bad time; service was slow to even acknowledge me let alone the time for the ordering process. I came back during a happy hour time frame and was met with friendly staff. The food came out a little slow considering the time of day, but that may be because they had to drop them in the frier when I ordered (during busy times, they are constantly dropping and often have wings ready for tossing, leading to quicker turn around time).

Im only giving 2 stars if our waiter was new. Horrible service doesnt begin to cover it. Our waiter didnt get a single order correct from the drinks to the food. We had a group of 6 and a baby. The drinks took forever and he forgot 2 of them. The food came out piece meal over 20 minutes and incorrect. He completely forgot/messed up one of our parties meals. The food we did get was good. It was obvious the manager knew he was struggling but the manager never said a word to us. And at the end of the meal when we were looking for the manager? Nowhere to be found. I do not recommend this location unless they clean up the service.

The location of this restaurant is near the Regal Cinema. A very convenient place to go right after a movie. It offers outside dinning for those who wants to enjoy the MD weather. This place doesnt get too busy as often as other Buffalo Wild Wings Ive been to which I think is a good thing. Less wait time for seating. The wings, traditional or not, is good for the most part. Customer service is okay but not the best. Some servers may need to learn how to smile and being polite. Customer service is key. Takeout orders are available and the usual wait time is somewhere around 20-30 minutes from the time of order.

EVERY waitstaff member seems to struggle with the point of sale system because they often and easily get orders wrong. Many of the waitstaff members are snarky and generally seem as though they would rather you not be there, spending money that pays their wages and tips. I have been there many times to order takeout and only 3 times was my order correct without post-order revisions. No small wonder that the Hooters across the street does a better job. The waitstaff there actually seems to care.

Very slow service. Food was just like any BWW. But the service needs a lot of work. Asked for a refill, server went to the bar and talked to other servers for ten minutes before coming back to the table, going to the counter right next to my table and finally got the refill. Then when we were done our food, she glanced at our table with empty plates and left before I could ask for the check. After another 5-10 minutes she showed back up and I was able to get the check.

Poor service and rude waitress. I went there after a movie and was totally ignored by the wait staff. When a group of 6 people came in they proceeded to seat them, ignoring me. When I said I was here first, the waitress seemed surprised and then seated me. When I didnt say anything right away after she seated me, she responded with an "okay, then". I promptly got up and left and went across the street to BurgerFi for great service and common courtesy.
