My dad brought home 13 pieces today and all the bottom pieces were old and very dry. My dad owned his own chicken place for more than 20 years and he knows that the only way that the chicken can become that dry is if it is more than a day old and than reheated!!!!!! Will never go back. I tried calling a few times to speak with the manager and they finally picked up and than just left the phone there so I could hear what they are doing in the background. Manager never came to the phone. That chicken was hard and rubber. They will have a lawsuit on their hands if anything happens to my family because they wanted to save money and sell old chicken to their customers.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. They took my money at the drive thru and then ask me to drive around to side door. The Staff then lazily walked around repeatedly refilling their cups while I and three other patrons waited in our cars for 30 minutes. The grossly disinterested service rep came to the car to ask me what it was I wanted for sides after 10 minutes of my waiting and said hell be right back, twenty minutes later he returned with the wrong order. I should have known there were not many people patronizing this establishment. I should have listened to my sons. Never go here.

Messed up my order AGAIN, but there is absolutely no way for you to call and tell them that. They never answer the phone provided on your receipt and when I called the corporate 877-POPEYES , they only played music and no "customer care agent" ever answered the phone (I listened to the music while I read my book for class). The music finally stopped after about an hour and hung up (I didnt touch anything and did not lose a signal). So please check your order before leaving the restaurant or driving away from the drive-thru window. It will save you a trip and gas.

An exquisite dining experience, complete witb top notch poultry dishes and an ambiance that is one of a kind. The lightly breaded bird flesh was absolutely gleaming under the spotlight and truly stole the show. Tastebuds are still tingling from the experience. The butlers were both professional and amicable. All in all, a great meal

This was the worst experience so far this year. Employees who cannot read or speak English should not be employed in fast food restaurants. Watched 2 black men get the best service in the world here. When the whites and others got their turn, they were rushed to pay and took 20 minutes to get cold food. Shut this hell hole down!

Its surprising that the Popeyes franchise allow this place to be in business. Employees are the worse youll ever experience. Ive twice seen, on separate occasions, the workers drop chicken on the floor, and then place it right back, in front of the customers. The employees are disheveled, unfocused, and simply outright rude.

What a joke.. how do you run out of a promotional item? Alll dya long you put commercials of the "wicked chicken" on tv adn when i drive there to get some.. your sold out? Haha.. exactly why this place is garbage. Tear it down, and put up something that actually has the food they advertise.

I have been going to this Popeyes for several years. I must say it has improved a great deal from 5 or 6 years ago. The service is much faster & the food is even better than it used to be. The staff are friendly & truly seem to care about their customers.

When I walked in to this magical palace, I heard a million little chickees yelling my name. I saw a golden mountain of their delicious little bodies. When they came inside of me, I heard their little feathery whispers and I was filled with giggles.

This group hands down is one of the best... manager is a woman and shes pretty.... stays on top of the game keep her employers in check the food is fresh and hot. Wtf I drive all the way from the city to come to this one..... Excellent service!

They have changed from last time I was here, b4 it wasnt even worth rating. Fast service and the dining area was clean, food was hot. Above everything else they finally got a much better and friendlier staff

Sometimes it is hit or miss but since they changed management (I think) it has been a lot better. Popeyes chicken is well known if you havent tried it yet it is certainly worth a shot.
