We where here 7.21.2011 , put our orders of 20 hotwings n 2 regular burgers....so we sit n wait n wait n wait...4 guys walked in 10 minutes after us , got their burgers n wings!!! Finally some nice intelligent life came over to the table n asked, did we eat yet ???(40 minutes later) She went in the kitchen n came out with our orders....Its wAs cold, we want fresh batch n another 15 minutes waiting....Its karaoke night, only one fireman n 2 little girls singing, its not like all the tables are full for someone to forget about our foods!!! This is probably our 1st n LAST...think you for your horrible hospitality!!!! Singn, Un-happy customers!!!(I bet Cluck U , wouldnt do that to their customers)

I like this place but they need some improvements. Im actually saddened by my most recent order. Ordered the spinach salad picture below. If you can find the egg and feta cheese, tell me. This is once i put the tzatiki sauce on the salad (so the white pieces you see is from the dressing). The salad came with bacon slices, red onions, and croutons all for $7.98. Plus I ordered the free six wings and gave them my discount coupon but didnt get the wings and waited another hour to have them redelivered to me. Best advice I can give is check your food and make sure it is right for carryout and delivery. I know they can do better.

On my way to Maryland I stumbled across this place, seeing how I love ribs I decided to stop and eat. I ordered a half a rack with coleslaw. The ribs were ok, they kind of had a burnt plastic taste, but werent inedible. I finished up my ribs and proceeded to go wash the bar-b-q off my hands and mouth in the bathroom. I turn on the light and start washing my hands, and the biggest roach I ever seen in my life crawls out from under the sink and before I got a chance to kill him, he drops down a drain. I use the flashlight on my phone and look down the drain and there were thousands. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Terrible overall experience. Met my wife and son there for lunch on a weekday afternoon. We ordered chicken tenders and a gyro and despite there being no line, it somehow took 40 minutes to get our food. Twice we politely asked for an explanation as to how it could take 40 minutes to cook chicken tenders, and we were not given any sort of reasonable answer. All we got was employees shedding blame and saying it was someone elses fault. $22 and a 40 minute wait for mediocre food? Never again! There are limited options in Dunkirk, but this should probably be your last.

Hard to say if the food was good or not because IT TOOK OVER TWO HOURS to deliver less than two miles. I literally have walked that distance in less time. My wife had the mac and cheese bowl and said despite the bacon and chicken it was bland. My chicken bacon sub was Luke warm. When I called to complain about the time all I got was the excuse that this driver routinely took longer than the others but was not offered a discount on my food, the two liter alone was almost 3 bucks. Wont order for delivery again, doubt Ill ever go to the store to eat either.

My wife, daughter and I went for karaoke night with friends. The nice thing is that they do family karaoke and seems to be the only place around that does. The food wasnt so good. The dry ribs were tender but had no seasoning on them. I had to ask for more. My wife didnt like the cream of crab soup or the no lemon, dry, over peppered Mahi Mahi. Worse, I ended up having nausea the rest of the night. Usually I have a strong stomach and was fine until eating there. Well go back for drinks and karaoke but will eat somewhere else first.

Dont do it!!!!! I ordered 2 pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy including a biscuit. The chicken skin was burned. The chicken must have been brought in from the desert because it was so dry I took one bite and had to stop there. No butter for biscuit, no utensils to eat with which tells me they know how bad the food is. . Best thing about the entire experience ..........NOTHING! How do places like this stay in business? I was charged $9.32 and it all wound up in the trash can. What a waste.

Food was ok but doesnt seem to be freshly cooked to order. Didnt expect the beef brisket to be thinly sliced. Ive had mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes as my side on separate occasions and both were tasty but you can tell they were microwaved in the same containers theyre served to you in. Ordered fried donuts with cinnamon sugar the other night on our take out order. The donuts had raw dough in the middle... we had to throw them out.

Its been a long time since Ive eaten here and they have made a lot of changes the food was horrible I threw away my entire meal it was that bad and I love food and Im not picky but the batter on the shrimp was like dough my father ordered the wings and said they were bad also and we use to love there food I will not be going here again. I never leave bad reviews either so the fact that the food was that bad is not good.

Awesome food, fun environment and great owners! Great specials. Delivery available which is very convenient. My favorite is the old bay wings (wet), corn and old bay fries. Buffalo pizza is delicious as well. Cant go wrong with the tenders. Steak and cheese is amazing!!! Better than the competition in the area. :) The Reuben balls (seasonal) are to die for!!!

Food is pretty good. They have an "Oops Log" wherein supposedly if they screwed something up on your order, you can claim a free meal next go around. I was told months ago it was pretty much forever. Just tried to redeem it and nope. Couldnt find my name or date. The reason I got into the log, was hair was buried in the shrimp batter. So yea, that sucked.

Was soo great staff was soo helpful and telling us what food they recomended . This place is not just a chicken place it has amazing ribs. My favorite place i would recommend it to anyone who likes barbecue or anything that u like such as soup,combo bowl,and brisket and many more.my favorite place.

Have eaten there a dozen times or so over the last couple of years. Food is Ok, most certainly better then fast food but not great. Service is typically good, on a rare occasion have had employees that seem indifferent. Their wings are perhaps the most consistent good quality item served

Friendly staff. Though some of the stuff comes across a bit over-priced (on the board), man, is food to feed several of you. (Think, "eat then take home some). I think the Pork Changes has a future. Though fried was not oily nor soggy. Good luck Christmas for $10. Inc soda

Not entirely thrilled with this place. The staff is friendly. But, the chicken wings were horrible. The sauces I got on them were excellent. But, the chicken was terrible. The wings were chewy and breaded. Ended up throwing my food away. Wont be coming here for wings again.
