They have awesome food, but unfortunately I have to give them one star because I ordered from their online system (which says that they are open until 1:30 which is very wrong) at 10:30 PM (Website for cluck u the company says this location is open until 11), and when I showed up at 10:45 to pick up my food, the doors were locked and the restaurant was closed. They were however kind enough to charge my credit card for the food I did not get. I left a voicemail at the contact number on their website (since the actual store does not have voice mail), and explained what happened and asked how to resolve this, and have not received a call back. Gave them a call and they explained they had to close at 10 due to an issue with the gas line and will issue the refund. Upgraded them to a four since the food is good and there it will stay if the refund comes through.

As a server I always tip, But not this time! I usually tip in cash, I even tip when I pick up. so I ordered my food and paid with credit. The food took OVER AN HOUR and I literally live 5 mins from the store. As I signed the receipt I hand it back to the guy and before I could tell him hold on for a tip he says " you know nobody wants to deliver around here because nobody ever tips." Well sir you wouldve gotten a tip regardless of time but you lost that tip with your attitude.

The worst experience ever. We ordered and waited almost an hour before the food got here (we live like 4 miles away.) First, they forgot our drinks. There was the most nauseating smell coming from the entire bag and its contents. The food was the consistency of slimy cafeteria food, and had the same taste. I couldnt even finish the meal because of the taste and smell. Will not be ordering from here again.

The food is great. While the wings are a little expensive, they are huge. You gotta love anywhere that has fries covered in cheese. On the other hand, the one downside is that the store smells like a bathroom freshener. Your clothes will smell like a recently cleaned bathroom when you leave.

I got the take out. I would give it 5 stars but they forgot the soda and then when I told them he said he would bring me one the next time he is in my neighborhood. I paid for that as its not included with my meal. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff and delicious chicken. It may take a little while for the food to be delivered depending on how busy they are, but it is worth the wait. The cheese spuds, chicken, and sauces are excellent.
